    330am pre workout shake 48p/36c/2f
    430 1oxyblack 10 grams bcaas 1 gram agmatine 6 grams cit mal
    700 post shake 48p/36c/2f
    730 meal 1 oatmeal, PB, Banana, 4 egg whites 29p/90c/20f
    1030 meal 2 greek yogurt ,granola 29p/39c/14f
    130 meal 3 8oz lean meat, 1 cup brown rice, 2 cups veggies 1tbs olive oil 47p/34c/20f
    400 shake/bcaas 24p/3c/1f
    600 meal 4 8oz meat lots of veggies and maybe olive oil depending on meat 44p/0c/15f
    800 shake 11/2 scoops casein 1 tbs PB 3 caps mass hgh 39p/5c/10f

    goal is 300p/225c/75 fat
    I dont count veggies as carbs or calories

    maybe add a "cheat" meal friday after work

    definitly 2 legit and it dont quit. No need for 2 doses here I usually do a preworkout in the am either maximize intense or craze depending and then Focus XT for a pick me up maybe 6-7hrs later at work and no need man 1 dose and Im good for the day so far.

I slept like a baby last night woke up took my oxyblack and was ready to kill it. first day using the black before a workout "besides my jane fonda at home abs I do on weekends" and I was impressed energy just kept getting better the longer into the workout I got.

    Ya we are taking it pretty serious the aerobics room in my gym is unused in the morning so thats going to be our pratice room we are planning on 2-3 times a week getting in there. Its much harder then I thought it would be.

  21. awesome workout today higher reps lighter weight going to be focusing more on muscular development rather than just strength the next few weeks it felt good though the higher reps less rest goal was do a set every to minutes so rest time was whatever was left of the 2 minutes after i racked the weight, crazy pump i looked huge starting to get some nice veins on the inside of my bis and my shoulders.

  26. crazy workout today my legs are still wobbly its great. I think i wil respond well to the higher reps. Im also thinking Im going to add in testoX9 and ad3 and run it for the full 8 weeks. Im going on vaca right after compertition and planning on having my wisdom teeth out shortly after coming back so I will be on zero supps for at least a month immmediately following comp.

    Todays workout set every 2 minutes so even numbers on the clock is go time
