    meal times were a lil off ysterday cuz of the yard sale and afternoon workout but this was the meal plan

    meal 1 2 eggs 8 whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1tbs flax
    meal 2 6oz chicken 6oz sweet potatoe 2 cups lettuce
    meal 3 7oz tilapia 8oz sweet potato
    meal 4 7oz chicken 6oz sweet potato
    meal 5 7oz tilapia 1 cup quinoa 1 cup spinach
    meal 6 6oz chicken 3oz avacado 2 cups lettuce 1 tbs oliv oil 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
    meal 7 2 scoops casein 2tbs PB (was supposed to be ground beef and spinach but I didnt have any)

    haha ya man it works for me though the oxyblack and HT2 are strong so I feel better taking them near meals only one I take almost empty is speedX3.

    if you take mass hgh close to food go easy on the carbs, they will blunt the effects of it to some degree.

    Ive been taking it with either casein and PB or ground beef and spinach so under 10g carbs either way usually bout 1/2hr after also

    Sounds good, I'd go with chicken if it were me. It's easier to digest. However, if you fill up (muscles) from steak (which a lot do) go with it. You clearly have no mid-section issues so it should bloat you.

    Maybe a little redwine and snickers about 30min before you step on stage
