  9. Another update iPhone style .

    I won't get into workout details really.
    My goal today was to get a PR deadlift and do some maintenance work .
    Lots of strength today I ripped through 8x385 then I loaded up 405 and boom it went up with ease.
    Very happy since I started deads for the first time just 3 months ago.
    Finished off with tricep push downs 3 sets of 20 with 205.

    Focus , strength and energy again kicking in after I get started in my workouts . It's like the more you do the better the Prodigy gets.

    Pumps again were great . Prodigy with 32 oz of water and you just start looking swole as anything.

  17. Off day today. I need to rest the old joints. I did dose though. I needed a pick me up and something to get rid of my headache . Prodigy did serve me well .
    I also was able to completely focus on sitting on the couch and watching pre season football highlights .

    Back to the gym tomorrow .

  21. Well another dose down !


    Focus and energy and power all there. I haven't built up any tolerance to Prodigy yet and I have dosed it every day.

    One thing I have noticed is no crash after. Seeing how the supplement sort of builds as you lift it has almost like a timed release effect.

    Again I left the gym with plenty of energy and strength to spare.

    I did tinker this morning and mixed one scoop with a scoop of Man Sports Body Octane citrus breeze and the two combined had a amazing taste.
    BlueBerry Lime is what I thought.

    Pumps in the gym are outstanding . I'll update some pictures and see if I'm still pumped a few hours from now. Friday I seemed to stay pumped all day.

    Well my time with Prodigy has been eventful to say the least. I was able to hit a PR deadlifting 405 pounds. I think I could have actually got more with straps but I'll revist that one later next week .

    Over head press today on 5/3/1

    I don't even know if that's good. I never really OH press with a olympic bar. I always liked to train shoulders with dumbbells . Seated press , laterals , Arnold press and I love the incline bench.

    Friday I will attempt a 300 lb bench press. Current max last time I tried was 285. I haven't hit 300 since my mid 20's so that would be a fine accomplishment.

    Taste,energy,pump,strength, all there hitting me around midway through my first sets. This actually sort of builds as you lift . This is one of my favorite things about Prodigy. It doesn't just hit you hard for the first 20 minutes it gets you though the entire workout.

    Friday we will see if I can put the PR in Prodigy.

  24. Thanks - It's been hard getting focused with moving and my new house getting built. A lot of stress and not much sleep = poor workouts but Prodigy has really helped get me in the right mindset.

    That is awesome, man. Sorry that you're stressed. I can relate, Bro. I've been sent out four to five days a week out of town for work to a town that doesn't have a gym. I've been taking my DBs with me to at least get in some sort of workout. :-) Keep up the great work.

    Forearms are from playing base ball . Played from 8 years old all through college. I never lost them even when I had breaks from lifting.
