View attachment 64959

Well, I had to cut this stack short. I have a bit of a sensitive G.I. tract, and I think that something in either the Recompadrol or the Adipose Annihilation V2 were messing with it. I've had capsaicin mess with it in the past and the AAV2 has it. I may play around with the stack a little to see if maybe the Recompadrol, RK-500 Xtreme, and the Reduce XT are still ok for me. For me, the complete stack was not meant to be. BUT I wouldn't completely rule it out for someone else...

There is definitely a thermogenic kick! You take it and within 10-20 minutes you start feeling warm. The only other compound I've taken before that does this to me is a 300mg dose of Ursolic Acid. So, you know it's working. The pictures above are only 10 days apart. I took the stack pretty consistently during that time and I definitely lost some bf.

BOTTOM LINE: It's a great stack that will have you dropping BF, but if your GI is a little sensitive you might want to try something else or play around with low dosages to see if your body can handle it. If mine would have, this would have been my stack of choice for my next comp. Hands down!!!

Props to EBF and SNS for allowing me to try this stack. I'm really sorry that I couldn't stick it out for the duration, but I'm sure you can understand. I really appreciate the opportunity and I can't wait to see Chris's (Runner_79) before and afters!

Click on the link above for the product descriptions.

First off big thanks to EBF Inc. and mr.cooper69 for selecting me for this opportunity. It comes at a great time for me as well. I've been extremely busy over the last month with work and life in general and have had to put off training and have not had the time to cook the right foods. However, the dust is beginning to settle and I could definitely use a bit of a recomp.

A little background:
I've been training for 10 years now and did my first show August 2011, The Warrior Classic, Loveland, CO. I competed at 180 lbs in the Novice Middleweight Class and achieved 2nd place. Next year I'm planning on doing the same show again and compete as a light-heavy.

I've trained as a natty for the majority of those years, but I started taking ph's at the beginning of this year. I've taken myself from 135 to a contest weight somewhere between 180-185. The last three years my offseason weight has sat around 220-235 with the goal of obtaining that weight range while remaining leaner each time. Right now I'm sitting around 220 and this is the leanest at this weight that I've ever been. As my starting pictures will show, it wouldn't hurt to drop a bit more bf though. As I am striving to gain muscle, I won't be cutting calories below maintenance. But I will be eating clean and will increase my cardio slightly.

I haven't received any product yet, so I will post a new starting pic when I do. For now, here's a shot from my last comp:

Thanks for following. I'm excited about these products. I've been reading up on some of these newer fat burning ingredients and I'm looking forward to be using them myself. I'm also so used to being stimmed up when it comes time to drop some bf that I'm looking forward to the change.

I feel you, with my eating window (warrior diet here) starting late at night
the fact that AAv2 doesn't crack me up is great :)

So, Let me join you for a duel my good sir.
I will have pics and starting weights up tomorrow.

My Name is Chris, and congrats on the log opp man.

Great shape so I think I have my work cut out for me here hahahah...lets get this party started.

Are you judging based upon my contest pic or my progress pic in my app? If the former, don't worry I've got my work cut out for me as well and I don't expect and am not trying to get that lean. However, if the latter, well we both have work to do!

Regardless, I accept your challenge! Prepare to meet your doom!

In to sub !!!

Looks like you have a rabbit on your log. He's got a quick head start !!! J/k runner.

This should be a good thread. Especially from perspectives of someone who has prepped for a contest before.

Looking forward to good stuff. EBF will treat you right. SNS is no slouch either.

Last week before the ASSAULT! Box arrived in the mail today. So, the first dose is Saturday. I gave runner_79's advanced GVT a try, but I gave it my own little spin. It's not to far of a stretch from my normal training right now. I'm a big FST-7 fan. In fact, I'm a moderator on Hany's website, www.fst-7.com. However, my body has always responded well to heavy weights. I started as a powerlifter, but put on 40lbs my first year of training. That really put me up in a higher weight class and my strength was no where close to being competitive, which is why I switched to BB. I've done pure BB style training in the past, but I've settled into a hybrid recently. I focus on 4 exercises: clean and jerk, bench press, squats, and deadlift. I'm doing them power style one week and BB style with complimentary exercises the next. Then I do ancillary exercises and finish with sevens for the muscles I'm trying to build up. Here's what happened tonight:

Warm-up 5 minutes on a treadmill

Clean and Jerk 5x3 followed by Flat Bench 5x3 (rest period 60-70s)
warm-ups/feel sets:
135x3, 175x3
135x3, 225x3
work sets:
205x5x3
295x5x3

Incline Barbell Press
135x3x10 (explode on the positive, 5s negative)

Dumbbell Upright Rows
50x3x10 (explode on the positive, 5s negative)

FST-7: Cable Crossovers
80x10,8; 60x10,10; 40x10,10,8

FST-7: Alternating Tricep Pressdowns (no rest between arms)
Underhand Grip - 40x5x10
Neutral Grip - 40x2x8

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, because someone bought eggs that were already expired :food:. So I had 3 bacon egg and cheese biscuits from McD's. I got to double up on the protein too because the first 3 they gave me had no bacon!

Lunch was a French Dip with a salad.

Dinner was 1.2lbs of meat loaf with raw green beans and an orange. I've started my diet a little by reducing my carbs and increasing my veggies. I'm going to be getting it really lined up this weekend. I'm going to start with the following macros:

220x15=3300 calories (remember that I am going to be eating at maintenance)
Protein: 220x1.5=330g - 330*4=1320 calories
Carbs: 250g - 1000 calories
Fat: 109g fat

I'm going to be trying something new too. I'm going to up my fish oil to 25-30g. I've been as high as 9-12g so it should be interesting to see what happens when I up it.

Chris, I'm Josh. It's pretty funny that you mention being a distance runner that is transforming into more of a sprinter. I played soccer in high school and would run 6 miles a day. My senior year, I was running them in around 35 minutes.

I really liked the workout. It's nice pushing heavy weight without it hurting the joints and the cardio element is great as well. I'll be doing it again on Wednesday.

I took my first dose last night, and my second first thing this morning on an empty stomach. You really feel that capsaicin!!! I'm only going to do 2 doses today, and will kick it up to 3 tomorrow. Here's to a good recomp! Maybe I can get myself somewhere closer to 10% and keep myself close to the same poundage. Right now I'm sitting around 15-16%. It will definitely be nice getting below that 15% mark again. This next month should be fun!

Well, yesterday had me working a full day in the office and then driving 3 hours to where I'm inspecting today. Tonight will be a complete upperbody workout and tomorrow will be a complete lowerbody workout. This weekend will be for moving, but next week will be vacation! I'm starting 2 doses a day today. I had some stomach distress earlier and so I took only one for the last few days, to get my body used to it. Taking it with 5g of fish oil seems to help.
