  7. Hey guys, I think that I'm going to call this experiment a wrap. The gastro problems aren't going away even with continued use at a lower dose. Thanks for the opportunity to try your product. I think that it is a pretty amazing stack. I will add my final write up tonight.

  9. Yeah. I've only been able to do one to two servings a day and at 2 things get really uncomfortable. I don't think my digestive tract is a big fan of the capsaicin. I've tried taking them in the past with similar results. I definitely feel the thermo effect and I've noticed some fat loss, but the runs to the bathroom have been getting old. I've also had uncomfortable bloating as well. I will write all this up later tonight.

  11. Sorry the capsaicin didnt work for you. Some people can handle it some can't. I can only handle max 4 caps depending on the day.

    Some days only 3.

    Have you tried 1 cap with first bite and one cap during the middle of the meal? I'm sure you have a lot left I think we can make it work for you

  12. Yeah I did. I even went down to just one cap a day and it still hit me. Not as hard, but enough to be annoying. I'm going to try the Recomp by itself tomorrow and see how my system handles it.

    Alright, we'll see what today brings. Thanks for the support. Since, I didn't take any yesterday at all it seems that everything has settled down finally today. Yesterday and the day before were a little rough!

  16. Update:

    On Thursday, I tried the stack without the AVV2 and only one Recomp. The stomach issues weren't as bad, but still a problem. I'm going to try each compound separately now to see which one is it. Then, if each one by itself is fine, I'll try combinations. This should be a fun experiment!

    Did you start that after reading Paloquin's article? I tried that HIT workout and it was the shiznit, but I was crying by the end.

    Any questions about my products or dosing? Fix the heartburn? Maybe I can offer alternate suggestions from what you have tried ( if you respond to this post put dosing you tried and I'll sort it out for you) to help you utilize the product better

  27. I'm going to play with the recomp next, but today I'm moving from South Dakota to Colorado. So, things have been a little wild around here.

    I've also been reading the Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle Mc Donald lately and giving it some serious consideration.

    The nice thing about this new job is that I'm going to be working out of my office instead of on the road all the time. Don't worry, I'm still alive and kicking. Still going to figure out if this is a feasible product for me. RK500 and Reduce XT are GTG though.

    That's why I'm considering giving the UD2 a go. I've already got the training tweaks in my head too. I would be doing a modified DC/FST-7 scheme.

    I did 20 sets of 200kg sled push/pulls at 20m, 5x 20m 50kg DB farmers walks and a push/pull sled 120kg no rest 4 sets 20m.

  34. Yeah, I'm currently working on getting settled in to my new job. I've only trained once in the last 2 weeks. I'm done with this stack though. Tried Recomp and AAV2 at single doses and although I didn't have the magnitude of problems I had before it still messed with it. I already threw the bottles away. The other two are fine though.
