    Warmed up with some ab work and a little treadmill.

    Flat BP (9 sets)
    135lbs 2 warmup sets 8 reps
    225lbs 2 sets 5 reps
    275lbs 1 set 3 reps
    315lbs 1 set 2 reps
    335lbs 1 set 1 rep
    350lbs 1 set 1 rep
    315lbs 1 set 3 reps

    Incline BP (5 sets)
    185lbs 2 sets 10/12 reps
    225lbs 2 sets 8 reps
    275lbs 1 set 5 reps

    Close grip BP (7 sets)

    225lbs 3 sets 5/8 reps
    255lbs 2 sets 5 reps
    275lbs 2 sets 2 reps

    2arm db ext. (4 sets)
    75lbs sets of 12

    Thoughts:
    Strength was good. For some reason was sweating like a monster today, which is a very good thing. I did weigh in this am at 215lbs even, which I was quite pleased with considering I ate more carbs than usual last night. Vascularity is still quite pronounced, and my face actually looks leaner (if that makes sense).

    In terms of joints, I have had a variety of issues over the years, as well as 5 different joint related surgeries. Not overly painful as of yet, but bear in mind that I am also taking OT/Cissus. My elbows are slightly more creaky but nothing that is overly dramatic.
    Tomorrow is an off day from lifting, but I will be hitting my fasted cardio in the am.

  3. Its the water draining effect that other people notice first.
    This happens for a large portion of users.
    You usually see it in your face first.
    Good signs.

    Excellent. Than it is definitely kicking in

    On the joint issue, I have been lifting in a more powerlifting format for a few decades. The light joint discomfort I feel now is nothing I am concerned with.

  9. My buddy was doing 2 pumps Formeron and ehem...the other stuff your taking..
    He gained size and maintained strength during PCT.

    I am getting the distinct impression that I am going to see some real nice lean gains out of this. If I lean out and stay around 215, I am going to be thrilled.

    Not as bad as elbow. Elbow burns when I hit heavy weight. I know. This is not good.

    For wrist, I have to be conscious to keep it stiff. I use wrist wraps and have been lucky so far not to tweak it. However, next morning, it hurts when I use that hand to support myself to get up. It's turning out to be a chronic thing. FYI - I bent it backwards when I was using into second base playing softball.

    Anyway, whining aside, I think Formeron might be a great product to finish off my cut and get rid of excess water while hardening up the muscle. I lost 20+ lbs so far in 31 days and I am seeing faint signs of abs showing through. I have 8 more weeks of cut to go. I am very interested in how you do.

  14. I have had one wrist operation already, and have always needed heavy wraps. I just got a new pair that I think you might like....they are far and away better than any APT wrap I have ever used. I got the 24" anaconda by Rhino Power Gear. Absolutely awesome...highly recommended

    Got in my fasted am cardio 45 minutes at 12% incline 4mph

    If I have time later today, might actually do a little more

    One thing I can note is that my elbows were definitely creakier this morning. Not overly painful....just stiff and cracky

    Thoughts:
    Definitely feeling the elbow creakiness, and felt it quite a bit on chins and preacher curls. Strength was good as was my endurance...however it is funny to note that my body definitely tells me when the workout is over. I legitimately hit the wall at the end of the workout. I was contemplating throwing in some bb curls, but the pump in my arms was severe and the exhaustion hit hard.

  23. Hopefully your test levels will get higher and estro will go up a bit.
    The good news is if estro is crashed LH is pumping out so your balls are making test which of course is the whole point of PCT.
    Lower estro, elevate test.
    I figure if you can maintain size and strength its a pretty amazing PCT since most people deflate and lose strength.

  24. Morning cardio completed. Hitting legs/calves later this afternoon.

    Feel good today. Creakiness is there in the elbows, but again nothing major.

    Thoughts:
    Overall, solid workout. Pump was great, and there is a lot of calf vascularity. I am expecting to have some difficulty getting up and down the stairs as a result of this one

    One thing I am noticing is that I am getting very sore, more so with Formeron than I seemed to without it. That is a good thing, as it shows I am really working the muscle

    Additionally, today is chest/tris. I am curious to see if there has been any strength increase at this point.

    Thoughts:
    A couple of things of note, diuretic aspect is in full effect today. Was feeling a bit dehydrated as a result and have been drinking water like crazy. The dehydration feeling seems to have upset my stomach a bit....but nothing too bad.
    Workout was pretty good. Its funny, I have tremendous energy and aggression heading into the workout, but I push so hard that I legitimately hit the wall and hit it hard. By the end of the workout I am totally exhausted.
