Felt great to get back in the gym today. Massive pumps in my triceps from the v-bar presses. Super dmz is helping my weight slowly move up. Been hungry all day. No real aggressive feeling except when the weights aren't moving like I want them too. Sleep is getting better thanks to prolactrone and been in much better moods so far but it is only the 1st week.

Some updates. Been feeling and looking more full in the muscles, that is attributed to the dmz 2.0. So far I'm loving this stuff. Scale on Friday said 178.4# so weight is going up.

Prolacterone has been showing some effects but I was hoping for a little more. The mood increase must be whatever mood that I'm in, cause if I'm pissed or happy about something its over the top emotion. Libido is holding steady kinda like if I was off cycle, that's a plus. Now as for sleep, LOL, have been able to get solid sleep since I started this run. That really sucks. But I have had any issues with prolactin so I guess its doing what its suppose to. Hopefully sleep will get better.

8 lbs in 2 weeks not to shabby. Hows the quality of the weight and hows your strength?

Strength has been progressing slow but steady. More reps+more weight= fun. Its definitely some water weight but in south Louisiana working out side u drink so much water it crazy hot here. At least 3-4# is water.
