Nah, I just got out of the military officially. We back-packed Europe for two weeks and then I just got back in States yesterday! Been too busy for the forums really. But I'm back and ready to get back in the shape I was in!

Wow.... ain't that **** depressing as fuk! I have been eating like a horse trying to get my weight back up.
I gained so much that last cycle, look like a big fuger. I went from 190ish to 210. And started shrinking like fuk. I lost almost all of it!
Lately I have been gaining again slowly. I think in large part to this formasurge / DAA run

Everyday my mood seems to be improving. Look its 9am right now, i wont be able to get to the gym till @6pm, all I'm thinking about is going to the gym and crushing sh!t!!

My arms and muscle are denser and harder. I'm not doing a routine that tests my strength but definitely feel stronger. Formasurge and DAA is a great combo.

Also I post 2 pumps by habit. I have been dosing 3 am pumps and 3 in the pm for a while now.

I don't want to get to far into it because its still to soon in this. But I feel a lot bigger, that could also be the psychological effects from the test boost.

And if this is how I feel now..
Formasurge seems to be more then I expected.

Getting it in!, feeling good! My whole body had a pump after this work out. i know i didnt go too heavy, but i was the loudest Mo'Fukah in the place! These two juiced up dudes looking at me like what the fuks up with this guy! Dont know why i had stopped doing dead lifts for so long. I felt like i bumped into a long lost friend!
Had another 50g shake same as pre, and some meat and potatos for dinner.
