    im not sure if im liking it right now. I like it cause im doing (in my opinion) moderate workouts (d/t shoulder) and noticing soreness on the parts.

    so, today my boss caught me off guard outside at 4pm (im in az btw, so it's like 110 at that time) i was thinking we were getting set up for a workshop for this weekend.

    nope.....

    prowler fun, sprint training. best part about being caught off guard, I had no water or any liquid refreshment.

    so he proceded to tell me to jump in and get "a few pushes" before they were done (i was late d/t meeting with a client)

    a few pushes turned into about a half hour or so of sprinting 20meters with 3 45lb plates on each side.

    after about 7 runs with it, my legs were super pumped and on fire, he was like "TWO MORE, C'MON GUYS" but nope, i was freaking done. no water, over heated, and barely able to walk ( had to stiff leg it to the locker room).

    damn shoulder pain as soon as I started to cool down.

    no rest for the wicked. I'm still feeling like a limp noodle, 2hrs later. need a shower and then apply some formasurge. i always feel good after applying it.

  6. I'm a "fitness professional" at life time fitness. So I get to train people ranging from the diabetic lady to the iron man triathalete.

    the all get to experience the power of the prowler though bwa ha ha ha ha ha!

    so yea, i lift weights all day, then lift more weights when im off, and then on random acts of training, hard core prowler pushing.

    your either going to puke, pass out (cant pass out though, then paperwork has to be done), or drop to your knees from your legs giving out.

    all in the name of pushing it to the limit!

    im going to try to get up some video on monday of some nice prowler work for you guys!

    I highly suggest you DONT switch bottles though. Your gonna lose some of the product if you do this. In all honesty a little "liquidy" really isn't that big of a deal either. Gels have a tendency to block some absorption due to the thickness of the substance. This then hinders the uptake ability because your not getting all the product. So while you may be using 4 applications of gel a day you'd realistically only be getting 2-2.5, with the liquid your getting all 4. Also with how fast it dries the runniness shouldn't be an issue.

    Good updates stuff so far though man!

    Yes it is. My only beef, but this is for all AIs, any weakness in a tendon/ligament it makes very painful if I dose it too high. My elbows can't take a lot of it though I always tear it up for the first week at a higher dose before it gets too bad.

  10. my joints aren't taking a hit really, the pain in my shoulder feels like it's comming from one of the muscle in the back area.

    could be the post delt, infraspinatus, middle trap, rhomboids, idk, it's in that area, im thinking it has something to do with my underdeveloped left trap muscles.

    we'll see, it'll heal up in time (hopefully) I just need to take it easy and maintain.

  15. Prowler push, just like I promised.




    We only had 12 plates (guess someone took em home) so I had to add on two 35lb plates and two 10lb plates in order to make it equal to 14 45lb plates.

    so 630lbs in plates, and 70lbs for the prowler, 20 meters (65.6ft) and i thought it was about 106, but it was actually about 110, either way, it was fckin hot.

    I think it's easier to push when the asphalt isn't so damn hot. gonna get some more plates, and next time, do it in the am.

  16. So then after trying to push it back, my feet kept slipping d/t all the crap on the ground, so I was only able to make it back 10 meters.

    So I dropped it down to 10 plates, and pushed it another 20 meters.
