just got back from a nice 45min run outside. kept my heart rate in zone 3 (173-182) for about 35 of those minutes, with the average hr at 178, and the highest at 195bpm.

long story short, i was all red an sweaty, even after the shower.

applied the formasurge, as the blood vessels near the skin were all full, whooo, what a heat rush. good stuff.

winding down, prob have about 5 days or so if i were to use it every day. but im going to be using it every 2 days till it's gone.

this is some good stuff, and If one was to plan a test boosting stack, with this in it, it would be extremely effective for sure.

I am curious if it is like abliderate advanced. It has a slight smell but not bad at all; its the same carrier though.

Pleasing a woman is about as fruitless and activity as I can think of, especially something as subjective as smell. I am sure it didn't stop you using it though!

18 plates is a good day on leg press for me, pushing it on a sled is serious. Then again I guess we push SUVs in the parking lot occasionally so I know it can be done.

I got to push an F-250 yesterday for almost a block in 110 degree heat. I wanted to puke afterwards. It was insanely hard... Idk if I'd voluntarily push a prowler loaded down with plates during the summer after doing that.

It wouldn't surprised me! Red-necks have freakish strength considering the majority of them sit on their fat a$$ and drink beer! Lol

Jbry, you've NEVER puked due to a workout until then? Damn, lol. If I'm trying to keep from tossing my cookies then I know it's been a good day in the gym. Otherwise I haven't worked out hard enough.

probably helps to train in 100 plus degree whether.

now i've felt like yak'ing a few times, but mainly when I have pre w/o still in my stomach, mixed with a high body temp.
