I'll start with a little information about me,

Training experience is about 12 years on and off. Most seriously and recently since last Sept. (2011) My current goals are to build muscle, I'm basically on a dreamer bulk that I've been lucky to keep relatively clean thus far. I'm currently shooting for 3750 cal/day and I use a 45/30/25 ratio for carb/pro/fat. You can see everything I eat via the link in my sig if you are inclined to.
As far as dosing goes, I will be taking 5 capsules of Blue Gene every day, pre workout on training days and it's my choice on off days. For the Purple Wraath, I will be taking 2 scoops intra workout on training days. As far as other supplements in my regimen go, I use creatine mono, whey protein, and Hemo Rage PWO, I'm currently taking a test booster as well, but have less than a weeks supply left. Lets get to the good stuff eh.
