I'll start with a little information about me,
Age: 28

Training experience is about 12 years on and off. Most seriously and recently since last Sept. (2011) My current goals are to build muscle, I'm basically on a dreamer bulk that I've been lucky to keep relatively clean thus far. I'm currently shooting for 3750 cal/day and I use a 45/30/25 ratio for carb/pro/fat. You can see everything I eat via the link in my sig if you are inclined to.

As far as dosing goes, I will be taking 5 capsules of Blue Gene every day, pre workout on training days and it's my choice on off days. For the Purple Wraath, I will be taking 2 scoops intra workout on training days. As far as other supplements in my regimen go, I use creatine mono, whey protein, and Hemo Rage PWO, I'm currently taking a test booster as well, but have less than a weeks supply left. Lets get to the good stuff eh.

Today was my first day using these products. I took my Blue Gene (5 caps) 1hr pre workout, and enjoyed my Purple Wraath throughout my workout. First thing that I have to report on is the taste of Purple Wraath, delicious. I got the purple lemonade flavor, and to preface, I hate lemon, and lemonade, I think it's foul. But last night I must admit I did a little Tony Montana with the powder, obviously I didn't snort it but I had to taste it to check quality and purity. It tasted great even as powder. Beyond taste, mixability was no prob especially with my new Controlled Labs shaker cup. Performance in the gym was on point and I could definitely feel the stim free energy kick about halfway through. I'm looking forward to letting these products continue to work and see what kind of gains I can get. Thanks a lot for reading guys.

Took my rest day dose of Blue Gene already today, haven't noticed much as of yet. The tablets have a kind of tea aftertaste IMO. Gonna eat and sleep big all weekend and come back to Rand Smash on chest Monday.

Strength just wasn't there today for some reason. Got some good spotting on bench though and really had to work for all the reps that I did get. Still got a good pump and I can already feel that I got a good workout. Gonna stick wtih 230 for 3x3. Had the endurance to finish all my sets and stuff just didn't have it at the top end for some reason.

Decent shoulder workout. Mil press was tough but my worksets are so close to my max at this point as long as I get every rep there is no option but progression. Energy has been kinda low in the gym all week, been sleeping like 11 hours too somehow. Need to get my sh1t together for tomorrow and next week and get some serious work done before max week.

I'm really glad you like WF. I hope to turn everyone on to our products ... Currently I'm using Blue Gene + Green MAG + Purple WRAATH. I'm seeing huge growths quick. I alternate WF sometimes, replace Blue GENE with GlycerGROW + WF. It's a killer stack for volume, and very cost effective (GlycerGROW + Green MAG 3 month supply for $60. I find Green MAG is the best tasting creatine powder, that's one thing everyone says about it. :D

Anyway, I love your log. You show true heart with your lifts. I can tell if someone's digging deep, good work brother!

Let me know if you want to log more CL products. we have guys doing the Reduction + Raz stack.

Thanks bro, I aim to please. I would jump on that other log opp in a second but I'm bulking hard at the moment, and don't think a fat burner is a good choice for that right now. I'll definitely keep an eye out for new controlled labs promos!

Pretty good workout, this big dude grabbed me to spot him on bench, and was all chalked up like he was gonna be serious business, he had an excellent set up too. Then I help him unrack the 220 and he starts knocking out 1/4 reps like a boss. It was at this time that I did a real life face palm and was like "this is probably what I look like with my ****ty form lol" So I knocked out 3x3 with 205 and really focused on form. My butt wasn't making the drastic thrust off the bench but more like hovering barely making contact with the bench. Felt good, I'll get some more vid of it monday.


Definitely not getting tired of the purple wraath taste! Feeling pretty good in the gym these days. Seems like I'm getting tired but it doesn't slow me down as much as I feel like it's going to.

Tried to "fix" my deadlift form, turned out to be the most unnatural feeling lift ever. Gauged a legit piece out of my shin, felt like I had no leverage what so ever, didn't even come close to finishing the workout, and pulled a hamstring.

It's a tricky movement for me too my brother. Plus I also have a bad hammy that goes back to coaching football. I rolled out and had my DBs chase me in a pursuit drill to the sidelines, and instead of knocking them over, I pulled up, heard a loud POP, and went down. 2nd degree injury, but it always is in the back of my mind, even three years later. Get well and come back with a vengeance!

This coming week is max week and I have a strong belief in myself right now. If all goes to plan I will come out with a 260 bench 375 squat 165 OHP 475 dead. The support on this forum especially from the Alpha Crew can't be touched!

Didn't get 260 like I wanted today, but decided to try to work on form a bit with 205. Finally I got some solid setups, leg drive from the heels pushing the traps into the bench. I really felt like I was locked onto the bench and immovable. It may not show that well in the 205 vid but keep in mind it was my 4th of 5 sets.

Still loving the purple wraath taste and no chunks of Leucine is a luxury that I find rare in intra products is great.

Really wanted to get a 165 mil press today, but my gym is in the middle of an extremely asinine rearranging of equipment. They put in a sh!tty oly platform where you always see me doing squats. So the squat rack moved too into the spot where mil press was. Right in the middle of all the bench press and db area. Gonna be a silly place to squat, and dangerous imo. So since the squat rack was where mil press was supposed to be mil press was just out in left field and the guy working said I couldn't use it. Immediately I was super irritated after the week I have had with maxes this was going to be the only PR I hit, but got denied even the opportunity. Got a beast of a pump though minimal rest times plus doing both shoulder at the same time for db work gave me a sick burn and really sped up my workout as a whole. Another note hammer style grip on Rev pec dec is a really good feeling, hard, but you start to feel every part of your shoulders swelling.

Easy deload workout, went slow on all the reps and negs, got a huge pump. #food for thought This week is deload so I'll just be finishing up the product throughout my easy week at the gym. Loving Purple Wraath as an Intra, taste doesn't get old.

To be honest that's way to high for me at a deload percentage. My 1RM is only 155 at this time. I was just into it at the moment.

Late to the party, but excellent log bro. Way to go ballsto the wall on your lifts. I'm a big fan of P.W., I've found the effects are more profound for me if I mixed two scoops and slam half about 20mins preworkout sip the rest intra. Killer mill press numbers too.

Blue Gene and Purple Wraath Final Review.

Purple Wraath:

Taste: 9.5/10 Nothing tastes perfect but this comes pretty close. Not usually a fan of Lemon but the Purple Lemonade flavor was excellent. I've tried a lot of intra products and some are a bit sickening to be blunt. Purple Wraath tasted great and was refreshing throughout the entire workout, it doesn't get sweet and gross like others I've tried.

Profile: 9/10 The combo of Beta Alanine, Cit Mal, and Niacin was great. Even though I got a bit red from the Niacin, which is common, it kept me warm, pumped, and tingling during my workouts.

Mixability: 10/10 It doesn't get better. With just a few shakes the product dissolves, there are no obnoxious chunks of leucine. I can't stand the chunks that some intra workout products have, especially when you're really thirsty. I was glad that this product dissolves easy and stays dissolved.

Recovery: 8.5/10 I noticed improved recovery as well. I hardly had any doms after 48 hrs, which was nice because it kept my legs fresh after squats for deads later in the week, and the same as far as bench and overhead press.

Blue Gene:

This product was a little bit harder to gauge the effects of. What I can say is that I had little to no joint discomfort throughout the entire bottle, which I attribute to the Cissus. Definitely felt like I was lubed up every workout. I didn't have any workouts where "strength just wasn't there" after the first 2 days. I was able to exert a lot of effort in the gym and get it done every day. I set some PRs for reps throughout using the product and improved by 5lbs on my deadlift. I gained 5 lbs during this log and even at a high calorie surplus, it still feels like some semi lean gains.
