does t2 have to be taken on an empty stomach?
weighed in at 173 this morning and after front, rear delt/trap workout i was looking extremely lean. i feel this is a result of the ad3 taking affect and the 1lb lost is due to t2, very little cardio has been performed lately, i sweat enough during my workout as it is.

meal 1...8oz talapia, 6 oz wheat pasta, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 2 oximega's, oxigreens, 920 cals, 76 pro, 114 carbs, 21 fat
snack... banana, mona vie , 190 cals, 24 carbs
meal 2...grilled chicken spinach salad, sunflower seeds, cheese, croutons, ceasar dressing, , 650 cals, 37 pro, 21 carbs, 36 fat
snack...natural ostrim, 70 cals, 14 pro, 3 carbs, 2 fat
made protein pudding tonight for snack and a treat, vanilla pudding with honey and 2 scoops . total cals will be close to 2600 or more, ive been dieting for almost 9 weeks now and feel like a small spike in cals will do some good, did not use this morning.
