First and foremost, I would like to thank Tomahawk and the rest of the crew with Southland Performance Products for picking me as one of the lucky few to test-run their new fat-annihilating topical creation, Eviscerate Smolder. I look forward to the next four weeks of dieting while adding a product like this one to the mix. I have not ran a transdermal product in over three years, and the last product I ran was the original Eviscerate. I had some success, but at the time I had too many things going on with my life to take full advantage of it's potential. Now, I am on a strict diet and training program that I follow religiously, Monday through Sunday.

The Ultimate Diet 2.0,
by Lyle McDonald

The Ultimate Diet 2.0 is a diet I ran back in 2007, at which point it got me shredded to the max:

This time, I am starting off at a lower bodyweight - right around 213 lbs. as opposed to 235 lbs. - so I am interested in seeing how my results will fare in comparison to my last run.

I began the diet on Monday, June 18th at a bodyweight of 218.00 lbs.

Week 4 Update Pictures:

- Inner pecs are getting jacked as hell! Nice triangle starting to come in, too.

- Mass and Strength in my legs has increased tremendously the past month. Here I am very volumous, pumped, and vascular as could be.

- Leanest I have been in years. Period. Very happy with the results thus far.

Alright, gentlemen.

I apologize for not having updated sooner. My work computer went out on me last week and it's caused quite the ruckus, not only with logging here but also with work. I decided to get a temporary laptop while it's being repaired, so I got a $300 one from Walmart with a 15 day return policy. I just bought myself some time.

In one word, the Smolder is treating me FANTASTICALLY well! I apply $1.50 dollar coin to my entire abdominal region, obliques, rear lower back, lower chest and serratus once a day, 6 days a week. I only apply before working out so I haven't done much experimentation. It's just that here in Texas we have 100+ degree temperatures as it is, and adding this one to the daily mix under my undershirt would spell TROUBLE.

It's been about 2 weeks since I received the Smolder. Results were noticed within 5-6 days. Leanness. Fat was melting off my lower abdominal region, especially around my bellybutton. Cuts and tone came in better, which simply led me to understand that I don't work my lower abs near enough. They've been hiding under a layer of fat that is now reducing in size daily - it seems - but my lower abs don't pop because.. I don't have any/enough. That'll be my focus for the remainder of the run. Lower abs.

Find updated pictures in next post.

Most definitely brother! I am nearly 8 weeks into my diet, have gone from 216 to 208, waist down 2-3 inches, and size everywhere has gone up. Third time on Ultimate Diet 2.0, and I am amazed yet again!

Update.

I have decided to go to the Europa show in Dallas, TX this coming weekend, so I thought 'why not run a water shredding pill, too?.

Cellucor has a great one, L2 Extreme, and I began taking them today. 4 caps twice daily. Haven't ran these in yeaaars, so I look forward to seeing how freaky veiny I can get.

Surprised nobody has an interest in the log. I don't know what I could do to make it more interesting other than adding a bunch of naked chicks.. but I just don't have the time.

For what it's worth, I thoroughly enjoy Smolder. I see and FEEL a difference. For those missing out on this irreplacable product for dieting, tough ****. For those who know of it, jump on it while it's still available. You will NOT regret it. I am half-way through the bottle now, and looking into getting another one. I want to see just how ripped to shreds I can get.

High praise here from someone who knows what's up! Once I finish my CL log I'll be back to logging my favorite topical stack-Abliderate Advanced and Eviscerate!

I've been looking more and more into the Abliderate Advanced lately.. We'll see what kind of fun stack I can put together, but it wouldn't hurt to add more firepower to my arsenal!
