Power bar power bites just for a little filler in case upset stomach came back
2 , 1 and hyperFX preworkout. I decided to try again the Intra with the other supplements to see if I would get sick, I only used 1/2 scoop and man it was perfect!
Hit shoulders,chest and upper back
Postwork out 1 2 multi vitamin, protien shake and bagel with peanut butter.
Not very detailed gots company here and gotta go.... time to cooks me a steak...hellyeah!
