3 week weigh in 222.5 ( up .5)
So it finally happened felt jacked at the gym today! Awesome workout felt strong on all lifts! After 3 weeks I'm down 1 pound but look and feel like I lost 5! Waist is thinning nice. Starting to see my ribs in the picture it's hard to tell. Very happy so far did not except to thin out this much. Diet has been very strict I know that helps. Last week time to push hard.

Killed it today!! Still feeling sick but I managed 2 PR's!!! I guess the 3 days rest did me well! I feel bloated since I did no cardio but f*ck it I did 300 5 times and I've been working at this for awhile! I think I have 3 more days left let's bring it home...

Good workout! I felt strong and motivated the entire workout.. Today is my last day of the stackall my final doses where taken. I must be a hyper responder to DAA because I stopped it 3 days ago and already notice the pump that I use to have throughout the day is gone... 2 More lifting days and 2 more cardio days left.. I will post Final pics and review after the weekend...

I respond very good to DAA also. But its seems that after about 15 to 20 days I Dont feel it like I do on days 5 -13 days on it. Weird I know.
