    Thanks Chest and Bi's have always been my strong points. Hoping to get my flat bench last set to 300X4. May need a EPI cycle for that? LOL

    Shoulders:
    Hammer strength lateral press:
    180x12, 200x10, 235x10
    Arnold press: 65x12, 65x10 (up 5 lbs.)
    Seated side raises: 35x 14, 40x12
    Front raise: 30x 12, 35x 10
    Rear delts pec machine: 110x14, 120x10

    Triceps:
    Easy curl cable push downs: 140x 14, 150x 12, 150x 10
    Over head rope extensions: 110x 14, 120x 10 (up 2 reps each)
    Reverse grip cable extensions: 35x12, 40x10
    Dips: 2 sets until fail

    3 week weigh in 222.5 ( up .5)

    So it finally happened felt jacked at the gym today! Awesome workout felt strong on all lifts! After 3 weeks I'm down 1 pound but look and feel like I lost 5! Waist is thinning nice. Starting to see my ribs in the picture it's hard to tell. Very happy so far did not except to thin out this much. Diet has been very strict I know that helps. Last week time to push hard.

    Hyper extensions: 2 sets till fail

    Awsome workout again! Muscles feel very full and lean. Only a couple of days left to this stack

    This was not a planned off day! Work just killed me today and couldn't do it to myself, fell asleep at 9:30! 3 days left I'll bang out cardio the rest of the run!! Final review coming soon.

    sometimes those unexpected days off are needed... I always say you have to listen to your body.. if you were that tired, you could have risked injury

    Good workout! I felt strong and motivated the entire workout.. Today is my last day of the stack all my final doses where taken. I must be a hyper responder to DAA because I stopped it 3 days ago and already notice the pump that I use to have throughout the day is gone... 2 More lifting days and 2 more cardio days left.. I will post Final pics and review after the weekend...

  20. I respond very good to DAA also. But its seems that after about 15 to 20 days I Dont feel it like I do on days 5 -13 days on it. Weird I know.

    Another good workout... I've been feeling really good body has reponded well to the increased lifts (thank God). Legs tomorrow then 2 days cardio and on to the final review.. No more supps

    I notice the same here. Think next time I'm going to do 2 weeks on 1 week off think it may treat me better? Sounds like another log may be brewing...

    it could be that you are getting your body up from a low level up to the 15 to 20 day mark... then it is leveled out and you are feeling "normal"

    Hack squats:225x14, 275x12, 275x10(up 25)
    Leg extensions: 95x14, 105x12, 115x10
    Hamstring extensions: 95x 12, 110x10
    Seated calf machine: 80x16, 90x12

    For me this is the heaviest leg workout I've done in over 5 years!!! Body is feeling very good legs are sore as h*ll!!! Started taking Orange Triad about a week ago an I have to say that I think it's helping my joints. Off day tomorroow!!!!

    Love when the legs are sore that day and next... its a great feeling!
