    Summary:
    Second day of trying to recover energy. I am taking in more BCAA - up to 24 grams and more carbs. Energy was still low, but better than yesterday. My DOMS have finally gone away as well. Looks like 4 lift days followed by rest day followed by softball is the schedule I will follow on a 6 day cycle. From this point forth, I am reducing workload slightly as well - about 20% less.

    Skin felt oily today and i could feel breakouts coming. Libido is still high physically and mentally.

    Getting back to lifting today. I am now going with 7 set pyramid followed by 2 x 8 sets of supporting exercises. I may add variety to this workout as well. Leg day today, so right to Leg Extensions and Leg Curls. I knew I was not doing as many sets, so I made sure to go slower to get a better feel. My quads felt rock hard after I was done with veins showing on inner thighs and calves. I worked the leg press next and it felt great. Taking out the middle 3 sets definitely made things easier, but mentally this progression felt awesome. That's it. 23 sets and I am done. I hope I did enough. i think I did as I had difficulty walking.

    Still no thermo effect. I am giving it another week before assessing. My muscles are pumped all day and vascularity has improved ridiculously. No water retention and bloating is under control after meals. All good on this front.

    Normally working back tomorrow, but i am changing things up to give my triceps a break.

    Order is now - leg - shoulders - back - chest

    I am now upping BCAA to 36 grams per day. 18 prior and during workout and 18 mixed in a lot of water to drink throughout the day.

    Q1 - can I add this to macro as 36 grams of protein ingested per day ?

    Q2 - I can drink this brand every hour of every day. Anything wrong with that ? Just drinking it throughout the day ? I am OK if I am not getting max benefit of BCAA use throughout the day as long as it can be considered as decent protein ingested. Don't worry about cost.

    Q3 - some people mentioned that it messes up with insulin level if I just drink it like water without exercise involved. What do you think ? Please answer considering myself being on the Recompadrol stack and also myself being off this stack.

    I Never add bcaas tp my macros. Never hindered my progress

    You do the same thing I do with sipping through the day. All good there.

    Dont worry bout the insulin it only rises from leucine in presence of carbohydrates

    Lifting - Shoulders (29 sets)

    Strength - Felt very strong from the get go. I am not only maintaining strength, but gaining.
    Workout Energy - Much better energy today. Will give it one more day before attempting cardio.
    Normal Energy - Feeling much better. Still slightly sluggish.
    Appetite - No appetite......period.
    Recovery - No muscle soreness. However, my wrist is acting up again and my right elbow is starting to hurt.
    Libido - Had a test and passed with flying colors.
    Skin condition - Skin is definitely oily now.

    Summary:
    I think I am almost there. I felt much better today with a mild bout of sluggishness in the afternoon.

    My hunger has disappeared in the last few days. I have to literally remind myself to eat. No hunger pangs or stomach growling.

    My skin is oily, so I guess there is a rise in T-level ? Perhaps, Natty V ?? Something to monitor. In relation, libido continues to be strong. Had a nice time with my GF last night and everything worked exceptionally. Usually dont have any issues there, but it was more intense than normal.

    I think things are starting to kick in as I get to about a 1 1/2 week point of this stack. I think this is normal when taking natural supplements. Can't wait to see what the remaining 20 days will bring.

    Today was a shoulder day. One of my favorites. I wanted to cut volume like yesterday, but I felt so strong that I did not want to stop. Another PR on the smith machine shoulder press. Now at 280 lbs x 3 reps. Awesome !!! I expected to see some strength loss, but the beat goes on for now and I am loving it. Laterals, Rear Delt and Upright rows left me feeling pumped, strong and veiny. Quick check in the mirror shows that I am starting to lean out a bit. Trigger has hit. Anticipation is killing me now.

    Onto tomorrow.

    Summary:
    Slept really well last night and woke up feeling great. Routine now is to mix my BCAA immediately and start drinking it in the AM. Also, start the day off with some type of carb and reduce as day goes on. Drink water right away to fully replenish and avoid caffeine to prevent dehydration. This seems to have worked and i finally feel great energy wise and I am looking forward to working out.

    Is this stack affecting appetite ? I haven't really felt hungry for days now. Is it just psychological ? Regardless, I am happy with this effect.

    DOMS are gone, but my wrist pain continues to be a pain in the neck (from softball injury) and I developed pain in my elbow as well. I think the wise thing to do here is to split up lifting to 2 on 1 off 2 on and 1 off to give CNS and joints some rest.

    I went to the gym high in energy with my BCAA on hand. i started the day with 1 hour of cardio to test myself. I passed the test with flying colors and went through 60 minutes without any issues. I worked through a good sweat and felt energetic to move on to lifting.

    To get the back in mood, I start with pre-exhaustion sets of pulldowns. Regular and straight arm. Nice and slow to get a good stretch. Moved onto rows and I mowed through the first 5 sets feeling strong. I put max weight from last week on set 6 and completed 8 slow reps without any problems. Feeling strong, i added 20 lbs for a personal best. Heavy and it hurt. But it felt so good. When I complete a set and immediately feel it in my upper back, I know I have done right. Finished off rows with 3 drop down sets and my whole upper back was on fire. Went over to rear delt for 5 sets to put the finishing touches.

    Veins all over my arms and real sign of definition showing. Everything is starting to kick in nicely.

    Summary:
    Due to joint pains, I am pushing the chest workout to Sunday. Still keeping the theme of lifting 4 times in 6 days, so I should be good. (Lifted 3 times in 3 previous days) The shin where I took a shot on during softball game is still bruised. When I put pressure on it, it still hurts. Bruise has traveled down to the bottom of the feet probably from internal bleeding. I will give it one more week, but I wonder if I have a fracture of some sort. Not worried....just curious.

    Another day of clean energy and I think I have finally gotten a handle on this lethargy and grogginess thing. I am feeling better with energy in reserve. Appetite continues to be in check although I did indulge in a slice of taco pizza and some frozen yogurt. (with recompadrol of course)

    Beautiful warm day with low humidity and another good day for a day at the beach. Got there late afternoon and the beach was packed. My GF and I stayed on the boardwalk and started walking. We stopped once in between for some lunch, but all in all ended up walking 8 miles. Had a decent sweat going and it felt great. I could live at the beach I think. Nice way to do LISS cardio.

    Please stop by Sunday night for measurement updates. Will be working on chest in the morning.

    No I thought it was going to end up as just a bruise. It's ending up being worse I think.

    Doesn't bother me in any situation. I even leg presses on it earlier this week. Just hurts when I press on it.

  30. More importantly, I think the stack has kicked it into overdrive. For the first week or so, nothing much. My weight even went up while testing out different foods and timing. I consider this normal. If you are taking natural supplements, it take bit of time to build up in your system.

    Well....what I gained (+5 lbs) is gone and then some. All happened in last 3 days or so. My girlfriend is telling me I am getting tiny. (Wait that is not a good thing...I wonder what she means....LOL) I feel much leaner and if things just clicked in the last 3 days, I can't imagine what changes I will see. I am so amped right now. With my energy back, I should be able to do much more cardio as well.

    Going to gym now. Will have measurement update tonight.
