    Workout:
    Lifting - Chest (32 sets)
    Lifting - Biceps (10 sets)

Strength - Went into the gym very focused and that led me to feeling strong and getting max effort.
Workout Energy - In and out. No issue with energy.
Normal Energy - Tired in the morning recovering from long day at the beach the day before.
Appetite - No appetite today. Meh.
Recovery - DOMS Starting to subside a bit. Lower back and ab soreness is gone. Weird pain in my ribs.
Libido - My GF and I spent most of the morning in bed. Too bad we were too tired to do anything. Flirting and good response.
Skin condition - Normal again. No signs of oiliness or breakouts.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:
The price of spending all day at the beach in 102 degree weather and walking back and forth out in the sun like nothing mattered ??? Lazy morning next day with your GF, your dog and your cat, watching TV and not getting up till noon time. Our pets did not appreciate our laziness, but they appreciated the scraps from our breakfast.

I expected to be dead tired the next morning, but that wasn't the case. With the window open and breeze coming through, it was actually refreshing and relaxing. Don't get me wrong, we were tired and did not move around too much......DAMN. But it was one of those classic relaxing Sunday mornings that you dream about. If we had enough money to own a beach house, it would have been better.

Did not feel very hungry today. Ate light bland meals....chicken, egg, vegetables,....I did eat a liverwurst sandwich. It reminded me of my childhood when I hated it. I actually like it now. Only bad thing eaten was a small piece of coconut raspberry cake. Calories were kept at deficit and macros were in check.

It was a nice day out, so I did not want to spend too much time at the gym. It was a chest day.

I got there unusually focused and ready to lift.

The Hammer strength chest press felt amazing. I ripped through for 10 sets and got a PR on the last set. It was definitely a clean lift and that is an encouraging sign for next week. i felt great so I followed with 2 drop sets.

I followed with Hammer curls, flyes and machine press to finish off the workout in 50 minutes.

The pumps from workouts are starting to increase and oh those veins...they keep showing up in force every week. Sometimes i draw energy and aggression from seeing them.

Onto tomorrow. Not sure what to do with lifting done in 4 days. Light cardio maybe. Softball game Tuesday, so nothing too aggressive.

    Workout:
    Rest Day

    Strength - No observations today.
Workout Energy - No observations today.
Normal Energy - Dealing with daytime sluggishness.
    Appetite - No appetite today.
Recovery - DOMS felt in the morning. Staring to finally go away in the afternoon.
    Libido - Very responsive.
    Skin condition - Normal skin.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:
Four days of heavy duty lifting and I thought my body could use a break. I decided that rest day would be today. I have been dealing with various bouts of sluggishness and muscle soreness and it really drains your day sometimes. Muscle specific DOMS the following day is fine. Soreness throughout for days and nagging pain in the neck is not so fine.

I have BCAA coming and I will try to use that somehow to combat this. Maybe some aspirin as well.

Since I did not exercise today, i do not have exercise related comments. One thing I have noticed is continued improvement in vascularity. The veins are appearing more in numbers and in size. Looks really nice actually.

My skin is still normal and my libido has been VERY responsive to mental and physical stimuli. All good in these departments.

My appetite has also gone down and I don ot feel like eating as much. Not sure if this is caused by the stack, but a good effect none the less.

Onto tomorrow. Softball game in the PM and back to lifting on Wednesday.

    Workout:
    Sports - Softball (1 1/2 hours)
Cardio - Startrac Bike (Birned 884 calories)

Strength - Good strength during game.
Workout Energy - Felt decent at softball and at Cardio
Normal Energy - Slugginess went away in the afternoon, but still not at full strength.
    Appetite - Low appetite today.
    Recovery - DOMS are gone.
    Libido - High.
    Skin condition - Normal skin.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:
The rest did some good. I was not as sluggish in the morning. In fact, the sluggishness seems to go away in the afternoon. I still needed to get my energy up for the softball game and cardio. My concoction ? Aloe water to hydrate. 30 grams of BCAA. Diet Red Bull. I still was not at full strength, but enough to partake in both the game and cardio. I am also eating more carb (in higher %) to have energy available. I will still keep the overall caloric intake below maintenance.

Appetite is still low. It might be due to the blah condition I am in now. Did not really feel like eating anything today. I had to force food into have energy later on.

The rest day really helped with DOMS. I had none. For me 4 days of lifting should always follow with a full rest day. Then I can get back and kill it when I return. It makes no sense to battle DOMS and try to have a great workout.

Libido is still high and skin has yet to be oily during this run.

First softball game was a lot of fun. We won 14-12. It was a close game back and forth until our team hit 4 homeruns in the 5th inning. It would have been 5, but mine went foul and I ended up walking. I hit the ball in a line drive and it kept on going up until it hit the trees in the outfield. That made me feel great. Strength was still in check.

By the way, this is softball not hockey. Don't stick your legs out to stop a ball. I was playing third base and one of the players on the other team hit a line drive down the line. I could not reach it, so I stuck my legs out like a hockey goalie and stopped the ball. Real dumb. My lower leg blew up almost twice the size. I am sure i am going to have a huge welt. I hope it does not affect lifting tomorrow. I did get a lot of high fives !

I felt great after the game even with the huge bruise, so I went over to the gym and rode the exercise bike for 800+ calories.

All in all a very productive day. I am starting to feel much leaner and I can't wait to see how things go as I up the workout a bit and start doing more intense cardio.

Onto tomorrow. Leg day in the plans and cardio as well.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Workout Details:

Played 3rd base. Went 1-2 with a walk and a Double. Just missed a HR. Won the game 14-12.

I do. I love it. I feel that for someone who has a lot of bodyfat to lose, volume training works the best. It works for me anyway. I feel like I have gotten denser with this training and my muscle endurance has improved greatly. i can pre-exhaust and still go for max lift at the end.

i am open to suggestions though. I am looking to switch things up a bit as it's now been six months of this type of training.

I'm not suggesting you change it if it's working for you. We all respond to different things. I actually do a few weeks of 10x10 2x a year myself and I always come out of it stronger. I do it when bulking though. It's certainly a great way to train for anaerobic endurance. I trained that way to get ready for the tough Mudder back in the spring.
If you've been doing it that long though I would start looking at something different for a while. I like to change it up every 6-8 weeks.

YES! x rep or 4 x training is legit. 4x will definitely help yku achieve deeper cuts like u are after.. And u can Ztill do a wide variety of exercises.

But yea I'd like to see u on a different type of training soon

    INTERIM REVIEW

    Hello EBF Inc

I will provide a more informed response after taking measurements and weighing myself this weekend, but here are my impressions so far.

Nutrition Partitioning - Excellent - Post meal bloating goes away quickly and muscles are always full and pumped. Already sold on Recompadrol and bought more for myself as I believe Recompadrol is what is causing this.

Vascularity/Pump - Excellent - Pump is enhanced after AAV2 + Natty V dosing and also vascularity is crazy. This is from someone who does not have many veins showing to start with. I have to watch sudden movements after AAV2 + Natty V dosing because, on several occassions I almost pulled my muscle due to pump.

Weight Loss - TBD - Not sure yet without numbers backing things up, but I feel leaner.

Thermogenic - TBD - No thermogenic effect yet.

Energy - TBD - I Haven't noticed any major energy gains after dosing.

I rate many things TBD as it's only been 1 week. I will have better opinions 2 weeks in.

Also, my workout routine maybe more condusive to density muscle building, so I am not sure if I will see much loss on the scale. I do expect to see positive change measurement wise to validate recomposition effect.

It will be tough to get off volume training, but what the hell. After this EBF run though for continuity...

Fair enough. I bet you'll grow AND tighten up.. Too much volume can keep you softer than normal as muscles cannot fully heal and repair (food for thought)

Thanks for that week 1 update. Excited to see measurements

Bingo....that's probably reason for not being able to recover recently without a major T and HGH booster stack. If you were to suggest x-rep, how much cardio should I add ?

Knowing, I am at about 17% bodyfat with quite a bit still go to lose. I am OK with no further muscle gain as long as I can keep what I have and not lose strength. Especially my 400s.

I am probably overtraining, but I don't know of any other way. Also, I enjoy this type of workout where I beat the crap out of my body. My justification is that this happens just once a week.

I guess my body is staring to tell me to not get off as well. Thank you for all your inputs. I have some soul searching to do to see what I should move onto next.

Recompadrol is love at first sight, I know AAv2 will show you good things in the next weeks I'm sure
    keep it up!

(wanna kill legs? I just finished myself, try this: once you reached your last set of bb squat, drop set from there,
10lbs at the time, rep to failure each set and at the end of each set, add 15 jump squats, max 5 sec rest between the
set and the jump squats. max 30 sec rest between sets.
Do this till you get to a very light weight on the bar, something like 80lbs or so.)

It's definitely the reason- over training doesn't happen in one session- you could over train for years / Over reach- but that doesn't mean it won't catch up.. And the longer you do it the loner it'll take to reCh a level ground again/get your body to a state where it can accept growth, fat loss, etc.

In terms of x rep training, it depends what type of split u choose to run.. I would say 3-5 days of cardio depending on the split.. Alternating hiit and steady state.

It is, and of course, wear combat boots on leg day

I started to add this to my routine not long ago,
weights went up a lot on bb squats and separation on my quads/legs in general
    improved a lot.
Altho', that's also because I use occlusion training for legs and arms,
but I don't advice that unless one really knows what is doing. (and unless your life
doesn't require you to have to walk anywhere for the following 3 days)

Is occlusion training where you restrict the blood to the muscle with a tie off or something along those lines?

    Workout:
    Lifting - Legs (23 sets)

Strength - I had good strength during lifting.
Workout Energy - Energy still waning for cardio. RecoverPro coming tomorrow.
Normal Energy - Tired all day. Really tired.
    Appetite - Still very low.
Recovery - DOMS have all but gone away.
    Libido - Consistently good.
Skin condition - Small breakouts coming. Skin a bit oily.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:
Second day of trying to recover energy. I am taking in more BCAA - up to 24 grams and more carbs. Energy was still low, but better than yesterday. My DOMS have finally gone away as well. Looks like 4 lift days followed by rest day followed by softball is the schedule I will follow on a 6 day cycle. From this point forth, I am reducing workload slightly as well - about 20% less.

Skin felt oily today and i could feel breakouts coming. Libido is still high physically and mentally.

Getting back to lifting today. I am now going with 7 set pyramid followed by 2 x 8 sets of supporting exercises. I may add variety to this workout as well. Leg day today, so right to Leg Extensions and Leg Curls. I knew I was not doing as many sets, so I made sure to go slower to get a better feel. My quads felt rock hard after I was done with veins showing on inner thighs and calves. I worked the leg press next and it felt great. Taking out the middle 3 sets definitely made things easier, but mentally this progression felt awesome. That's it. 23 sets and I am done. I hope I did enough. i think I did as I had difficulty walking.

Still no thermo effect. I am giving it another week before assessing. My muscles are pumped all day and vascularity has improved ridiculously. No water retention and bloating is under control after meals. All good on this front.

Normally working back tomorrow, but i am changing things up to give my triceps a break.

Order is now - leg - shoulders - back - chest

    Onto tomorrow.

to have to lower my loads, I go full power but like I said, the pain is excruciating..

No, just following dosing as exactly described in the initial log request. I am currently taking 6 now. All pre-meal. Are you saying I can add 4 more to this to make it 10 per day ? Or not take it pre-meal on certain days and take it before workout ?
