Hello everyone, welcome to my first log on this forums (Obviously). I was lucky enough to receive a free box of Swollen from Nutrabolics.


Obviously I cannot post pictures yet and for some reason attachments wont work.. So I can't yet show you the pictures of what I received.


Stats:

Height: 6’1
Weight: 160.7lbs

Here’s the plan:

To receive this product I had to apply with a video of me doing some sort of exercise to my full capability (Video will be posted at the bottom of this post), now near the end of this log I will do the same exercise, therefore you will see how I’ve improved.

Dosing

As directed on the box I will be taking 6 tablets before each workout.

Workout Routine:

My routine is pretty messy, chances are it will change due to unscheduled events but I'll give you an idea.

Day 1: Shoulders/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Biceps
Day 3: Legs/Abs
Day 4: Chest/Abs
Repeat.

I'll probably throw in some rest days, I usually workout 5-7 days a week.

-ON Gold Standard 100% Whey..
-Creatine Monohydrate.
-Massport

Swollen Review:


Taste: N/A
This is a pill so there is nothing really to judge. No weird taste is you swallow right away. Don't ask, but for some reason I decided to suck on it for a few seconds, yeah don't do that it tastes horrible.

Swallowabilty: 10/10
No problem here, they are pretty small pills. I've never had any problems with taking pills down, most people would probably pop 1 or 2 of theses at a time but I just take all 6 at once.

Endurance: 10/10
This is a great PWO, I can't think of any cons so I have to give it 10/10. I get through my long workouts no problem and not overly tired afterwards. These pills really wake me up and give me a great boost.

Pumps: 7.5/10
Pump is always hard for me to judge, I always have great pumps no matter what PWO I take, though this one I definitely do feel a little extra vascular.

Overall: 9/10
This is an amazing PWO, it worked better than I expected even with high expectations as it was produced by Nutrabolics. You guys did really good on this one.

Day 5: Rest Day.

Had a great rest day, couldn't of spent it an better. Spent all day out on the Shuswap Lake!

Me and some friends went out on a boat and went wake boarding, cliff diving, swimming and ski doing. Such a nice day, except I didn't use any sun screen so now I'm super burnt everywhere!

looking good, if you wanna squeeze a bit more pump out of the product, try doing static holds at the peak of contraction to induce localized hypoxia. pumps = painful and huge.

So I have 2 servings left of swollen D: I know this is only workout 14 but I started using swollen almost a week before this log (sorry about that.) Also I had to up my dose to 8 tablets. I need to go on a stim cycle. I'll be wrapping up this log tomorrow giving it a final review and my thoughts!

SWOLLEN - FINAL REVIEW​


This is it guys. The final review.

Swallowabilty: 10/10

These pills are reasonably sized and simple to swallow. I may be able to swallow anything but like seriously when I took my PreWO serving I'd literally take 8 and swallow them all at once. They go down really easy, don't irritate the throat. No problem at all swallowing.

Effectiveness: 9/10

This is one of the best PreWO's I have token. Sometimes when I went to the gym early in the morning I'd feel pretty exhausted, I'd take down some of these pills and feel good, energized ready to hit the gym. The only this was that when I was almost done my workout it seemed to ware off so I'd recommend taking a intraworkout, maybe Anabolic State?

Pumps: 7/10

The pumps we're pretty good, I felt a lot more vascular. Specially while I was working out, the pumps we're awesome. Though after my workout it seemed to ware off pretty fast.

Overall: 9/10

This is a great PreWO. I recommend it to any who wants that extra kick start to there workout, this PreWO really get you energized and ready for your workout, making you push your limits and as you can see reach many PR's like I did!
