Hello everyone, welcome to my first log on this forums (Obviously). I was lucky enough to receive a free box of Swollen from Nutrabolics.
Obviously I cannot post pictures yet and for some reason attachments wont work.. So I can't yet show you the pictures of what I received.
Stats:
Height: 6’1
Weight: 160.7lbs
Here’s the plan:
To receive this product I had to apply with a video of me doing some sort of exercise to my full capability (Video will be posted at the bottom of this post), now near the end of this log I will do the same exercise, therefore you will see how I’ve improved.
Dosing
As directed on the box I will be taking 6 tablets before each workout.
Workout Routine:
My routine is pretty messy, chances are it will change due to unscheduled events but I'll give you an idea.
Day 1: Shoulders/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Biceps
Day 3: Legs/Abs
Day 4: Chest/Abs
Repeat.
I'll probably throw in some rest days, I usually workout 5-7 days a week.

-ON Gold Standard 100% Whey..
-Creatine Monohydrate.
-Massport
