Wrote a long post just before this and connection timed out on phone, so these r the cliff notes
Yesterdays workout will be posted ASAP (chest/back/cardio)
TodY is rest day bc I'm working 12 hours on my feet and hAve gone 4 days no rest.
Will finish week with arms and shoulders tomorrow.
Will do Ab circuit at home tonight or before work This morning, not sure yet!
Feelin run down and can't wait for off week starting July 30! But gonna keep pushing harder each day to make sure I earn it!
