JULY 5th: HIIT
I goofed and forgot to look down at the treadmill after I was done so I'm not sure how far I went/burned but from what I remember I only did 6 cycles of sprint/run instead of 10 like I wanted. With all the heat outside, even being in an AC'd gym, it was still very stifling which made it hard for me to breathe. I was actually having trouble catching my breath and that usually doesn't happen unless I run outside. Ran for 2.5 miles in 25 minutes and burned around 350 calories. I was sweating the whole damn time. More than I've ever seen myself sweat. I blame Celorza for this. I took my EC+ (x2)+Reduce about 30 minutes prior (swallowed it down with some nasty BCAAs lol) and beads of sweat took their turns falling from each of my eyelashes about every second. The treadmill belt was covered in nasty DNA removal. It was SICK but I love that feeling!
With the help of Celorza, I am tweaking my LG diet slightly to help me shed these last 5lbs within the last 3 weeks which I know is totally doable and definitely up to me. I can do it!!!!
Tomorrow is Back/Bi day. Hoping for epicness.
