Ok, so I hit the gym yesterday as I couldn't help myself. Two days of failed lifts on the bench got to me. I know I wasn't 100% but this is what I did:
Bench: 135x25, 225x20, 315x12, 365x8, 405x3 (-2), 420x1 (-1).
Incline: 135x20, 225x15, 275x10, 315x6
Curls: 50x12 Warmups x 2, 45, 55, 65x8 each
Called it a day. I have one more training day and I will be out the gym for a week since wifey has surgery. Atleast I know i kept all my gains regardless of weight lost. I'm stoked. A few reps short of previous PR's is ok. I was up once again with my lil man @ 2am. I don't care though. He won't be this little forever. It's those rare chances I get to hold him and feel his heart beat and his small hands wrapped around me as he sleeps. It's so awesome. Be good fellas. hopefully I can get a workout in tonight before taking a week off.
