Lemon Drop

Smell: 10/10. Smells like candy or like lemon Gatorade, pouring ice cold water into the shaker cup makes the aroma wonderful and really get those nose buds working!

Mix-ability: 10/10. I used 15oz of ice cold water into the shaker cup and with in like 3 shake its fully dissolved, no grain or anything pure liquid. It did foam, but went away very quick. I wouldn't be surprised if a spoon could mix this stuff that good I think it is, my just have to try that in my next sample review.

Taste: 9-10/10. No chemical taste. I personally never I had iforce hemvoal so I can't compare it to that, but what I can say is this; It's by far the best lemon flavor I have ever came across, taste bud blow away by the flavor. Now the reason it a 9-10 is it is kinda sweet aftertaste not to bad, just get a little to sweet with each drink, I did add more water to in later on in my workout and the sweetness seem to almost vanished so the amount of water will play a role in how this flavors play outs to you. So adjust to your liking is all I can say.

Endurance: 11/10. Yup no joke stuff keep me going like the energy bunny baby! My workout was simple & to the point, but good volume and reps this was bench for today as a sample 205lbs 5x5 185lbs 5x14 145lbs 6x12 155lbs 3x15 and COMPETE keep me going threw all of that, I probably had room to max out on top of that today if I wanted to..!. My muscle felt nice pumps not crazy just simple, body was clearly hydrated even tho I was sweating like a mad man on crack COMPETE kept me refreshed. My thoughts is that the more you used COMPETE the better it will only get!

Hydration: 12/10. As I have said above already ^ this will by far keep you refreshed no matter how hard you train & sweat, trust me this stuff will unleash a furry of a hydration monster in you.

Focus: 10/10. This many or not be aspect, but I personally felt good.

Energy: 10/10. Hmmm no matter how hard I hit bench I just wanted to go more & more, but I knew I had to tame the beast in me. So be warned your going to have a energy level a spider money on Viagra. My thoughts on the aspect of this, the longer you use COMPETE the better it will get guaranteed.

Fruit Punch

Smell: 10/10. Smells like fruit candy, again pouring ice cold water into the shaker cup makes the aroma wonderful and really get those nose buds working!

Mix-ability: 10/10. I used 25oz of ice cold water into a blender this time with some crushed ice, and with in like 30 sec blend its fully dissolved, no grain or anything pure liquid. It did foam alot again, but went away very quick.

Taste: 9-10/10. No chemical taste. This one is alot sweeter in taste, but is so good at the same time, not nasty at all compared to other nasty fruit punch. This is my 2 favorite fruit punch, AI manic takes its place as first! Water will play a role in how this flavors play outs to you. So adjust to your liking is all I can say.

Endurance: 11/10. Yup no joke stuff keep me going like the energy bunny baby for the second day! My workout was simple & to the point again, but good volume and reps, this was workout GVT.

dunbells inlinces bench 65lbs 10x10 each side.

Cardio 1.2mile jog.

My thoughts on the aspect of this, the longer you use COMPETE the better it will get guaranteed and for a second review it proves to be so true in all aspect..

Smell: 12/10. Smells like tang or like orange Gatorade, pouring ice cold water into the shaker cup for the third & finial time makes the aroma wonderful and you want to orgasm in you pants with the smell of this! See that rating of a 12 this Shi* is legit.

Mix-ability: 11/10. I used 25oz of ice cold water into the shaker cup and with in like 3 shake its fully dissolved, no grain or anything pure liquid just last other times. This one did not foam at all, lol. This stuff has the best mixing ability in the market.

Taste: 15/10. No chemical taste at all. This shi* was beyond mofo good, like so good you want to cry when its about done, so good you will kill for more, so good you will sell you wife, kids & family for more :icon_lol: . Rating of 15 out of 10 makes other competition just look plan bad that's how good this product is truly is and it's no joke. Iforce has honestly just nailed the best tasting product ever. This in fact will be there TOP selling flavor, the market won't even come close to this!
