Day 3: 125g carb 220p 60f total 1850 cals
FOOD: Oats and chicken in the morning then some eggs and tilapia for lunch and now ham for dinner![]()
Workout: Abs (decline weighted sit ups and hanging leg lifts) 3 miles on the elliptical and .5 miles in 4 mins on the treadmill 2 times with a 2 min break in between
Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 dosed 1 at 8am and one at 5pm
Notes: couldn't even eat all the food I brought to work lol I love the appetite suppression in this stuff...had a nice sweat going on during cardio...no stomach problems and no cracked out feeling...just smooth energy

Day 4: 118g carb 180p 70f total 1866 cals
FOOD: Had an awesome breakfast! 2 scoops VMS protean with 2 cups milk a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and some blueberries yum!!!! Rest was oatmeal chicken and eggs the normal lol
Workout: chest n bi b today...Great pump decent work...looked and felt full all day...still weighing about 177-178 no cardio today took a break from that
Supplement: Fat Smack XR x2 dosed at 11am n 7pm
Fat Smack notes: I was pissing all day lol a lot more then normal even with the same water intake...still loving not being hungry like I ate 2 eggs and some chicken and was full as ever...very easy to diet on this product I must say

FOOD: ate 2 packets of fruit n nut trail mix yum...other then that same old stuff lol
Workout: Back n Tri B Had a much better workout then I expected...put up 175x12 on the close hand bench

Fat Smack notes: felt tired and didn't really want to move today...took my fat smack, grabbed a shower then Felt great...craving a little bit of sweets today so I had a few squirts of whipped cream lol...sweating like a beast today at work which sucks with all this gear on but at least I know it's doing something haha

Day 6: not sure
FOOD: due to not having a chance to eat my normal food so I ended up going to a Buffett but got mostly all chicken type things aside from that meal I'm at 1200 cals 100g carbs 100g protein 30g fat so as long as all that food wasn't over 800 cals I'm good
Workout: None due to my stressful day...might play tennis and run some laps tonight at least tho

Supplement notes: Stressful day...really trying to get over all this crap and get smacking this fat...nothing new to report its still great for the appetite so far and loving the heat I feel from it
