  6. Day 5: 173g C. 170g P. 70g F

    FOOD: ate 2 packets of fruit n nut trail mix yum...other then that same old stuff lol

    Workout: Back n Tri B Had a much better workout then I expected...put up 175x12 on the close hand bench

    Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 11am n 7pm

    Fat Smack notes: felt tired and didn't really want to move today...took my fat smack, grabbed a shower then Felt great...craving a little bit of sweets today so I had a few squirts of whipped cream lol...sweating like a beast today at work which sucks with all this gear on but at least I know it's doing something haha

  8. Day 6: not sure

    FOOD: due to not having a chance to eat my normal food so I ended up going to a Buffett but got mostly all chicken type things aside from that meal I'm at 1200 cals 100g carbs 100g protein 30g fat so as long as all that food wasn't over 800 cals I'm good

    Workout: None due to my stressful day...might play tennis and run some laps tonight at least tho

    Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 11am n 7pm

    Supplement notes: Stressful day...really trying to get over all this crap and get smacking this fat...nothing new to report its still great for the appetite so far and loving the heat I feel from it

  12. Day 7: 50c 70f 180p 1800cals

    FOOD: mostly chicken and bacon today all my carbs came from starburst I was craving haha

    Workout: squats and cardio 10 sets of squats and 30 mins of cardio

    Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 10am n 6pm

    Supplement notes: felt tired and actually napped today while my daughter and fiancé were out...took my fat smack and it managed to get my ass to the gym and had a nice sweaty day

  14. Day 8: 80g carbs 50g fat 180g pro

    Food: went out to eat at ruby Tuesday's and had grilled chicken and broccoli and cauliflower...my carbs came from a mixed frozen drink I enjoyed with my fiancée

    Workout: chest n bis A...managed 10 chin ups with a 20lb between my legs

    Supplements: Fat Smack XR x2 8am and 4pm

    Fat smack notes: I know it's not the fat smack but I was super bloated today...I'm sure it was the bacon I ate...I'm also taking a deload week next week...my body is just beat and needs to relax a bit...I will keep up the cardio tho and diet will deff be on point...also I rarely weigh myself but I was 176lb so down from 178lb when I started
