Focus xt is amazing mixed 1 scoop with ~5 gram sns cit mal 1 gram sns agmatine. Had a great workout serious tunnel vision just completely eh "focused" on getting it done. weights felt really light and rest periods were almost non existent. i am in no way affiliated with sns just wanted to put it out there that its an amazing product.
