    Reminds me of the first time I went to the gym and just did cardio. I felt guilty or empty inside for not touching a single weight. But I have to say the rest did me good and I learned from it. Glad you're now feeling good about it.

    Strength: 8 - No PR's today. A couple of extra reps here and there, but I only count added weight as PR's.. But all felt good and I suppose I cant move the weight up every week.

    Recovery: 9 - Excellent recovery

    That is 8 weeks of workouts. Looks like I probably have 3-4 days of FormulaX, Anabeta Elite and Endosurge left. The way I dosed it, Licogenix (sponsored, courtesy of JD) was finished about a week ago. I will give a final review of Licogenix when my stack runs dry.

    I have to work a deload in as well.. have two weeks off work coming up .. probably best time so I can do a bunch of other stuff. But then I was thinking it might also be a good time to start a new program...so who the hell knows ... i hate deloads!

    FYI was- I was reading an fst7 article by Haney rambod, the guy who created it, and he suggests doing the sevens for arms FIRST! To get the mind muscle connection, and the muscles flooded w blood.. Just a thought ! Uve been on it a looong time!! I'm gonna start ip tomorrow for three weeks as a rut buster then back to a high volume 5 day split. Love the logging tho! Can't wait for my ABE run

    So do the 7's then do all the other exercises that day? The way this is going, I am wondering if I should have pushed the envelope to 12 weeks instead of 8... Knowing you, you have your workouts schedule all typed up - would love to see your 7s and your HV 5day split Cam.

    Overall Feeling: 10 - Holiday here in Canada today.. great way to start the day.. got an extra our in bed, then up for a 5 km run through the trails near my house and back home for a killer leg workout. Psyched today about all the PR's..

    Endurance: 10 - On my leg curls, I got up from the bench and legs were just exhausted, yet I didnt feel exhausted so threw in some weighed rope crunches (4x15) to finished me off.
    Strength: 10 - Felt really strong... as I mentioned above to Cheda... wondering what 12 weeks of this stack would do.

    Recovery: 9
    Joint Health: 8 - knee pretty sore from the squats and lunges.

    Overall Feeling: 10 - Holiday here in Canada today.. great way to start the day.. got an extra our in bed, then up for a 5 km run through the trails near my house and back home for a killer leg workout. Psyched today about all the PR's..

    Endurance: 10 - On my leg curls, I got up from the bench and legs were just exhausted, yet I didnt feel exhausted so threw in some weighed rope crunches (4x15) to finished me off.
    Strength: 10 - Felt really strong... as I mentioned above to Cheda... wondering what 12 weeks of this stack would do.
    Pump: 8
    Vascularity: 6
    Recovery: 9
    Joint Health: 8 - knee pretty sore from the squats and lunges.
    Skin: Normal
    Sleep Quality: 9 - slept pretty damn good!

    Yeah I bet your lifts would be crazy but damn keep with the natty stuff for more mild ph's with the type of gains your getting. Your test results came out good! High test for your age, im jelly sitting over here with 257ng lol.

    Are you saying .. for now stay away from anything more than the natty stuff, or just go with the mild (like stano, etc)...

    Overall Feeling: 8 - Felt good most of the day, although I will admit when I got home from work I didn't feel like working out, and didnt enjoy my workout as much as usual. I really think I am just a bit exhausted. This is the last workout/day of the remainder of the stack. So will have a short break (deload).

    Energy: 8 - As the day wore on my energy has faded, same through my workout.
    Libido: 9
    Endurance: 8 - Started great, but endurance was running low the last few sets...
    Strength: 8 - PR for military press..was nice but that was it. Everything else felt good, but did struggle somewhat.
    Pump: 9 - Biceps were nice a full!
    Vascularity: 8
    Recovery: 8 - STill feel my chest from 3 days ago.. and upper back from yesterday.. but it's all good. As Colbicide would say..show's me I'm alive.
    Joint Health:8
    Skin: Normal
    Sleep Quality: 7 - Not as good as previous nights, perhaps why the lower energy today.

    I will do my best to finish this log up tomorrow.. with a review/final thoughts.
