    JD, I know this guy can do it. Definitely mire PRs ahead. I am still not going to let go of the fact that he includes a 5 km run in his workouts and I don't care when he does it.

    Yeah for sure, doing a 5k run at the end of every workout takes a lot of dedication.

    Endurance: 9 - Pushed through my workout with a good solid performance.
    Strength: 8 - Up with my pulldowns, and increased reps last two sets for my dumbbell rows... I smell a PR there next week!
    Pump: 8 - nice pump today
    Vascularity: 8
    Recovery: 7 - Even though my chest workout didn't feel the greatest yesterday, chest is very sore.
    Joint Health: 8
    Skin: drying up..
    Sleep Quality: 10 - 7.5 hours (that's more like it)

    Strength: 9 - Felt good and strong today! Most exercises went up in reps per set or weight. The entire workout felt great.
    Pump: 9 - Really solid pump in my arms, and funny enough chest.
    Vascularity: 9 - Arms, shoulders had great veinage!
    Recovery: 9 - fully recovered this morning
    Joint Health: 7 - knee is good, elbow is bothering me from todays workout though. Its almost like a tennis elbow feeling. I had read somewhere that this can be a direct result of rope pushdowns (which I have swapped for V bar on triceps) and preacher curls...anyone know if this is true? If so..I might need to replace this with something else (perhaps on just one of the days).
    Skin: Oily again, but perhaps that is just the fact that it is hotter the a hinge on a whorehouse today...
    Sleep Quality: 10 - excellent 8 hour sleep!

  11. Aaahhhh. I love shoulder days. Especially the presses. It's such an alpha exercise, lifting heavy weight overhead. Great workout wasme !

    Thanks workout was great this morning..

    Appetite is up. I do seem to go through cycles 4-5 days where I could eat everything in site, then a couple of days where I am very satisfied with not whole lot. I would say it was higher when I was taking Anabeta (1st gen) + Prime.

    Off day today...

    That puts 4 weeks to bed... and I have to say: strength, recovery, sleep, endurance and energy are all noticeably up. Pump, vascularity are also up but could at times that might be from certain pre-workout products. Although even as I sit here typing, I have not worked out in 30 hours, and I have great vascularity and muscle hardness.

    Libido is also up. My last stack Prime/Anabeta I saw no increase in Libido. Appetite has also been increased all week, and joints are overall much better this week.

    Tomorrow is another day off, but I do have a week from hell coming up. So depending on my mood I might start my week tomorrow.

    Overall Feeling: 10 - felt great this morning. Rolled out of bed, went for a run, then hit the weights. Didn't feel as good after but fine now.. funny felt frustrated for about 30 minutes before leaving for work. Not sure what was pi$$ing me off, gone now though lol.
    Aggression: 4 however, for about 30 minutes an 7
    Energy: 9 - Great energy throughout workout and my run.
    Libido: 7
    Endurance: 9 - Felt like I could just keep going after my calves 7's. Was a great strong feeling.
    Strength: 9 - Not PR's today, however did increase the weight on many sets (ie. on preacher curl added two more sets at 100 over last week)
    Pump: 8 - really good pump in my arms
    Vascularity: 8
    Recovery: 10 - Fully recovered (mind you had two days off).
    Joint Health: 9 - Knee is great, elbow was ok, but is sore now.
    Skin: Normal
    Sleep Quality: 8 - another really good sleep.

    I agree. I typically wake up, slug back Licogenix and a couple of other caps and it gets me out of bed. From your experiences in your last log, when I try MASS HGH I might need Licogenix to get me up each day! lol.

    I may be a bad responder to L-Dopa. Or too good of a responder. The sluggishness is ridiculous.
    My system is weird in that I can take OEP before bed and fall asleep within 20 minutes.

    So for someone who never has issues with sleep, maybe L-Dopa swings too far on the other side of the pendulum ?
