I know I keep saying this, but I really miss the energy boost from Licogenix. Especially since nothing has duplicated it.

I agree. I typically wake up, slug back Licogenix and a couple of other caps and it gets me out of bed. From your experiences in your last log, when I try MASS HGH I might need Licogenix to get me up each day! lol.

I may be a bad responder to L-Dopa. Or too good of a responder. The sluggishness is ridiculous.
My system is weird in that I can take OEP before bed and fall asleep within 20 minutes.

So for someone who never has issues with sleep, maybe L-Dopa swings too far on the other side of the pendulum ?

    Thanks JD.

Sorry didn't get my update in last night. Got up and did my run first thing in the morning, went to work, and weights right after that. Then took my wife to see Train last night so did not have time to get back on here. (ie Libido was in check last night! lol)

    Day 32 (Yesterday): Chest, Triceps

    Bench Press
    205x5
    255x5
    255x5
    265x5
    280x4 *PR

    Incline Dumbbell Flys
    45x10x3

    Incline Bench Press
    205x8
    215x8
    215x8
    225x8 *PR

    ** Cable Crossovers
    60x7x12

    Close-Grip Bench
    145x10
    155x10
    155x9
    165x8

    Triceps Straight Bar Pushdown
    130x4x12

    **Tricep-Bar Overhead Extension: 7x10
    55x7x10

    Cardio: 5.2km

    Overall Feeling: 8
    Aggression: 4
Energy: 9 - felt very energetic again.
    Libido: 8
Endurance: 9 - I had great endurance, but for some reason did feel a bit nauseous nearing the end of my workout. I think I was perhaps hungry, as the feeling lingered until I had dinner before the concert.
Strength: 9 - After hitting some good PR's on Tuesday's leg workout, I really didnt think I would gain in any areas yesterday. But up 5lbs for bench and 10lbs for incline bench was fantastic.
    Pump: 8
    Vascularity: 8
Recovery: 7 - This number might actually be lower than it should be, but yesterday even though arms were recovered, legs were sore as hell. But then again, they should be!
Joint Health: 8 - knee is sore but nothing to report in the way of additional joints being sore.
    Skin: Normal
Sleep Quality: 8 - Good sleep.

Tonight I will be doing Back/Calves and will post today's info/workout this evening.

    Was -

Quick question for you. Anabeta Elite: Do you get the black hole that cannot be filled while on the AE?

    Just curious.

    Cardio: 5km Jog

Overall Feeling: 9 - feel good, feel pumped
    Aggression: 4
    Energy: 9
    Libido: 7
Endurance: 9 - Pushed good and hard through workout.
Strength: 8 - Giving this an 8, down from 9. Even though I hit another pr for military press, my curls were not as strong, and I had to back off on weight. I am simply chalking this up to a long week and 5 workouts in a row, without a break between day 2-3 or 3-4. I really feel I should start implementing a day off. That said, I do enjoy Sat/Sun off.
    Pump: 7
Vascularity: 9 - Arms, shoulders had great veinage!
Recovery: 9 - was surprised how my legs were completely recovered, and chest/back were almost there.
    Joint Health: 7
    Skin: Normal
Sleep Quality: 10 - excellent 8 hour sleep!

    Day 35: Day off.

Normally I do not post on a day off, but am today as I have noted what I think to be an interesting observation. So after work yesterday, I raced home did my workout, showered up, bbq'd a couple of burgers and headed down to the Molson Amphitheatre to see Alice Cooper/Iron Maiden. Hit the parking lot early with friends, and had a fair bit to drink. Went in, and continued the party. Concert was great, both bands were excellent and I had not seen them in years. Got home, drunk (typically I do not drink when on a stack - perhaps the odd beer). Took a couple of advil, and 6 endosurge and hit the pillow at 1am. I woke up at 1030am (that is pretty much a coma for me). And I feel like I had nothing to drink yesterday.

Was this just dumb luck, or is the recovery from this stack that good, and did the endosurge give me such a good rest that today I am without a hangover. Normally I would feel a little rough around the edges, but today I feel great.

Not saying I would do this often, just thought it was interesting. lol.

I have thought about this and through the process of elimination I think it would be the Endosurge. Although, Licogenix could play a part too. I have been on DAA, Anabeta and had a few drinks before and not been so lucky the next day. Thinking the L-dopa gives me such a good rest that my body just processed the alcohol etc while resting. Licogenix though has anti-inflamatory properties which could possibly add something to the equation.

That said, it could all just have been coincidental.

Never tried endosurge before. I may have to give it a shot. For the anabolic benefits of course.....

    Of course!!

I think it is a product that can be added to pretty much any stack. Although I am not sure if it would be something to add to say MassHGH as I think Velvet bean is LDopa extract but not 100% sure. Cheda would though......and I am sure will chime in on that...?

Bps explicitly states to not take ANY additional dopa when using endosurge bc it has so much.

I think I maybe a bad responder to Dopa. Love the fully rested feeling but canister the sluggishness.

I am hit or miss.. Depends on the %extract... I know the 99% in sleep maxx works well for me..
I don't know honestly what the different %extracts do.. I keep forgetting to pm someone about it

When I was dosing 2/2/2 with the Endosurge I found by mid afternoon I was ready to curl up under my desk like George Costanza ... so now I go with 1 before my run, 1 before weights and 4 at bedtime.. works much better - and I have great sleeps.

I don't know...even when dosing MassHGH prior to bed, next day was a challenge on certain days. I maybe real sensitive to it. Great for recovery. Tough on energy.

LOL you will have to take ECA stack to counteract the effectiveness of LDopa...
