Years training: 9.5
Ive used a ton of carb sources, probably all of them. Waxy Maize, , Malto, Vitargo, , and now .
Im very in tune with my body and know what works and what doesnt work. I train very hard and my diet is . I have a nutritionist and a trainer who keep me on the striat and narrow. I am currently cutting and will be cutting until i am pretty .
My split is as such
Cardio is done everyday for 30 minutes. Diet is pretty simple, nothing crazy.
With this log i will be noting , pump, taste, mixablity, vascularity, and fullness.
Im sure i have forgotten something, but ill update in the next post with how the workout went tonight.
