    I gotta say that so far, I love it. I think it was just the change that I needed in my training to get me over a plateau. I may not be loving it in a couple weeks when I hit week three and start doing supersets and dropsets with leg press at 60 reps...LOL

    I love high volume lol I can NOT comment bad on it haha, but then again I have HIGH Endurance for high reps...and low torque for low reps and high weight ! Lets see some good numbers Capt! Kill it!

    Had my Mass HGH before bed last night as usual, but then couldn't get to sleep cause I just had too much on my mind. Once I did finally get to sleep, I was gone. Nothing disturbed me. Until my gf came in screaming that my truck wouldn't start. So I had to get up and try to get it started..no go. She called her Dad and got a ride to work since he's using her truck while his is in the shop..LOL. I went back to sleep and woke up around 1 P.M. Once I got up I had to deal with trying to get my truck going, on top of being on the phone with my advisor getting set up and registered for classes since I'm changing schools. By the time everything was settled, the gym had closed. I hate that my gym closes early on weekends. Sooooo, no workout today. But it WILL be made up tomorrow, and with the aggression I have built up from all that happened today it should be a heavy, intense session. I am looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight.

    Mass HGH path to domination, day six. Took my dose last night and hit the hay. I slept so good. I think last night is the best night's sleep I've had in a loooong time. Today on the schedule was a rest day..Buuuuut since I couldn't make the gym yesterday, today I went in for Shoulders/Calves and threw some cardio in there to close it out.

    Today's workout:
    Shoulders
    Side Lateral Raise - 4 warm-up sets - 15sx10/20sx10/25sx10/30sx10
    Side Lateral Raise - 3 working sets - 35sx10/40sx8/40sx9
    Push Press - 3 working sets - 135x10/155x10/175x8
    Upright BB Row - 3 working sets - 95x10/115x10/135x10
    Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise - 3 working sets - 35sx10/40sx9/45sx8

    Calves
    Standing Calf Raises - 4 warm-up sets - 60x10/70x10/80x10/90x10
    Standing Calf Raises - 4 working sets - 120x10/130x10/140x10/150x10
    Seated Calf Raises - 4 working sets - 135x10/160x10/170x10/195x8

    Cardio
    30 minutes of HIIT on elliptical. 30 secs all out/1 min slow pace

    Good intense workout today. Almost puked on the elliptical could barely apply pressure to the gas and brake pedals in my truck on the way home. My shoulders are spent and I'm looking forward to my day of rest tomorrow.

Today was a scheduled rest day, but I headed to the gym for a short cardio session. 20 minutes on stationary bike and 10 minutes on treadmill. Tomorrow we're back to legs..My prediction for tomorrow..

    Monday meant that the Y3T schedule had brought leg day back around. This week means dropping the weights a little and doing higher rep counts. I predicted pain, and pain I got. My legs are still hurting pretty bad today and walking brings a good challenge. Workout looked like this:

    Thighs:
    Hack Squat - 4 warm-up sets 75x10/95x10/105x10/115x10
    Hack Squat - 4 working sets 125x16/135x16/155x15/175x14
    Smith Machine Front Squat - 4 working sets 95x16/105x16/125x14/135x14

    Today: Today brought chest/tricep day again. I woke up nice and refreshed and ready to kill another workout. The Mass HGH definitely doesn't make me go to sleep, but I'm out for the night once I do get to sleep. I have noticed that I'm looking fuller, more swole if you will. That's nice. Now, for the workout:

    I am hurting. My legs still hurt from yesterday and I can barely use my arms right now. That's what I call effective workouts. One more thing to note..and I know how it's going to sound, but I don't mean this in a dirty way. My gf told me I feel harder. She meant in my arms, chest and shoulders..not in little Howdy. I'm contemplating taking pictures each week for comparison. If I do, they'll be up in the next couple days.

    Thanks man. This Y3T program has me stepping outside the box and doing some exercises I've never done before, like the front squat. I'm liking it pretty well so far. That quote holds more truth than I think Ali even realized when he said it.
