Yeah, I tried playing flag football at 245. Ended up with heel spurs and achillies issues. LOL.

    Supplements:
Lecheek Nutrition - Mass HGH - dosed 3 capsules 30 minutes prior to bed
Lecheek Nutrition - Testodrol X9 - dosed 4 capsules once a day in the AM with full glass of water

    Diet:
    Calorie deficit (1,775 calories)

    Name: IMG_3749.PNG
Views: 52
Size: 39.2 KBName: IMG_3750.PNG
Views: 54
Size: 38.2 KB

    Exercise:
    Cardio - Elliptical (896 calories, 45 minutes)
    Lifting - Back (40 sets)

Strength - Added significant amount of weight and was able to battle through.
Appearance - Bloating has finally started to go down since Saturday.
Workout Energy - Good energy at start of workout. Momentum and energy build up enabled me to finish the workout strong.
Normal Energy - Good energy. Too laid back now ? Maybe a good thing.
Sleep - Well rested. Getting up and going is a bit of a chore after waking up from a deep sleep.
Recovery - No DOMS whatsoever on legs. I am disappointed.
Libido - Libido strength continuing to be a constant.
Skin condition - Skin is oily not just in face but on my arms as well.
    Joint pains - None.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:

Great sleep last night. Woke up well rested from a deep sleep and it took a little while to get going. NO DOMS at all on my legs, which was a little disappointing. I either did not work them hard enough or the recovery from this stack is really improving. I am bit irritable these days, skin is very oily and my body temperature is up. All good signs I guess as far as clueing in on to see if the stack is having an effect. Feels disgusting though at work and I find myself trying to clean up more throughout the day.

The bloatedness has started to go down a bit. I may need to cut out potatoes and beer completely until this run and the impending follow up cut is over. I hate this feeling. Two straight days of low carbs. I am going to try to restrict it even further for the next couple days before refeed.

Had a nice 2 hour nap after work and I was off to the gym. When I arrived, they told me they were closing early for some party. I only had 50 minutes, so I had to work fast. I stepped onto the elliptical for 45 minutes and went on a nice pace for 896 calories burned. I left this gym to go to the second one to lift. The second gym had a lot of new equipment, so i tried them out. They have something called body masters (similar to hammer strength) and they also had nautilus. I got on the body masters to do my pulldowns and went on the nautilus to do my pullovers. I had no baseline for these, so i had to do couple warm ups to get the feel of the weight. My lats felt good and pumped. i may come back to this gym next week for back workout.

Now the rows. I felt like I did not challenge myself enough last week on the rows. After 2 easy sets, i loaded the machine with 280 lbs. This was the weight I used last week for my last set to set the PR for reps. Now, I am using it as my pre-exhaust for 7 sets (so I am up +50 lbs on pre-exhaust). The weight was definitely heavy and it was a struggle. I was luckily able to finish. I walked around for a minute to get myself psyched for the last set. i loaded it with 330 lbs. I still felt strong and got this weight up and proceeded to knock out 9 reps. I started to feel my hands slip and my forearms aches. It was a major struggle to get the last 3 for a total of 12 reps. New PR for weight !!! I stripped it down to 230 lbs and rowed 8 nice reps to finish it off. I will again comment that because i never went heavy on these before, I really dont have a true baseline. They are considered PRs since I am adding weight weekly, but my ceiling might be a lot higher than what it is right now. Upright rows and shrugs next to finish off the back.

I had veins everywhere and my traps, arms and upper back were pumped up. Always love the look when the traps are all swolen.

    More cardio tomorrow and shoulders.

    Onto tomorrow.

Dude u r looking good. Especially from the side, really tightening up!

I've been on a new eating routine for the past week and really dropping bf by the hour it feels like! In short- unlimited fat and protein- zero carbs. This means no fruits/veggies/even salad- all off limits for 3-4 days straight. Then one CARB ONLY meal on day 4 or 5. Do not mix protein with carbs or fat with carbs. I'm eating about half dozen eggs a day.. Unlimited cans of tuna, chicken and egg salad, bacon, Ham, roast beef. You feel so satiated from the fat n protein that you dokt want carbs. Energy and mood has Risen to all time high .. Ps- I wash my meals down with a shot or two of heavy cream.. This is supposed to help increase hormone profile. It was originally developed by vince gironda back in The early 1900's. Called his definition diet, usually followed for 12 weeks to cut bf and peak. More modern versions would be considered the caveman diet. Something to consider since u seem to be cutting the carbs- I say try this out, even for a week.. You'll get results in days especially with all your cardio..

Thanks Cheda. I really appreciate it. I am down 38 lbs since beginning of the year and looking to drop another 35 or so by end of the year. That will get me to 190 lbs. I have also seen definite recomping effect so I have been trying to not focus on the scale too much.

The diet sounds interesting. I think I might give it a go. Any issues with energy ? That is the only thing I am having issues with current diet, so I try to eat right before workout.

None! It's higher than ever.. After my cRb up on Sunday I literally disnt wanna get outta bed monday morning. But today- after NO carbs and a killer workout yesterday, I couldn't stay asleep, had to get up and out! As you move forward, you'll need to force your body into lipolysis.. Meaning no fuel (food) prior to working out.. U gotta force your body to use stored fat. (once you hit sticking points). But try it.. And as always feel free to ask. This may help.

    Day 17 (6/19)

    Supplements:
Lecheek Nutrition - Mass HGH - dosed 3 capsules 30 minutes prior to bed
Lecheek Nutrition - Testodrol X9 - dosed 4 capsules once a day in the AM with full glass of water

    Diet:
    Calorie deficit (1,961 calories)

    Name: IMG_3808.PNG
Views: 49
Size: 40.0 KBName: IMG_3809.PNG
Views: 50
Size: 38.4 KB

    Exercise:
    Cardio - Elliptical (1,058 calories, 60 minutes)
    Lifting - Shoulders (41 sets)

Strength - Another PR today. Felt very strong.
Appearance - Bloating is almost gone. Muscles pumped up significantly during workout. Starting to get the leaner look back.
Workout Energy - Great energy throughout.
Normal Energy - Relaxed and full of energy.
Sleep - This is also becoming a constant now. Very good sleep. Wake up slightly groggy. refreshed and ready to go in 20 minutes.
Recovery - Slight DOMS when flexing upper back. Nothing significant.
    Libido - HIgh.
Skin condition - Skin is slightly less oily.
    Joint pains - None.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++

    Summary:

I love lifting days. I look forward to it as I get up in the morning. Nothing like lifting, having muscles gorged with blood as you move the weight giving you a glimpse of whats to come. Nothing like having that sense of accomplishment, feeling great and wanting to come back for more.

Woke up from deep sleep and got up slightly groggy. Less groggy than usual. Brushed my teeth, got ready for work and I was ready to go with full of energy. Great day at work and I was really forcused on task at hand. Felt great all day as I looked forward to lifting tonight.

My skin was not as oily today and I had very little DOMS from previous day's workout. I only feel soreness when I contract my upper back hard. This aspect of the stack seems to be improving each day.

Got home and took a short nap. Ate my chicken with some mustard with eggplant and spinach on the side. Drank some water and I was off to the gym.

I got on the elliptical and I felt good right away. It usually takes few moments to get going, but today was different. I went on a good pace for 60 minutes for 1,000+ calories burned. My body was soaked with sweat so I changed to another shirt and went over to the lifting area.

I took a little time with my shoulder presses to get a better feel of each rep and this caused my shoulders to pump up like crazy when I reached set 9. I changed the stack for my 10th set. The weight lifted off nice and easy and I was able to get 14 reps up at a nice tempo. The 16th rep took about 3 seconds to get up and I had to fight hard for the 16th and 17th rep, while making sure I did not arch my back. My shoulders were pumped and my forearms and triceps were burning. A new PR by 1 rep !!! I love this machine. I think it was made for me. I feel great lifting on it and it always gives me a great pump. Like last week, I went for an 11th set. I found more added on weights to make it 217.5 lbs. I got it up nice and easy, but my shoulders felt like they were on fire as I had to fight for every bit of 7 reps. New PR for weight !!! OK it's only by 7.5 lbs but who cares ! I stripped it down to 140 lbs and did a drop set of 7 reps.

Shoulders are by and far my favorite body part to work. Always get a good pump and strength continues to be improving. I am going to stay on the shoulder press machine for this log next week as changing machine will make it difficult to measure strength gains. Then I am probably going to move to barbell presses of some sort or even smith machine presses. This will allow me to continue to add weight without having to find those add on weights.

I went over and did some rear delt work for 10 sets. I looked around for something to do laterals on and saw a keiser machine. Yes, one of those pnematic machines that uses air as resistance. I tried it out and it actually felt pretty good. I did positive and negative reps for 10 sets and I was done. I might have to try this machine again next time as a finishing off exercise.

Little over 1/2 way through this stack and I am very happy with it so far. I definitely see recomp effect with strength gains and muscle fullness. I am also starting to see little bit of weight loss as well.

Cardio again tomorrow and chest workout to follow.

    Onto tomorrow.

    Summary:

Had a decent night of sleep hours wise and woke up more refreshed than normal. No groggy-ness today. Continuing with my low carb for a while. I think I am going to take it into Friday. Energy level is good and workout energy has been good. No off the chart energy at the gym, but that is due to having low blood sugar due to low carb diet. Oily skin has gone down a bit with no sign of breakouts. I am not feeling any DOMS. This has been a trend for few days now. Due to MassHGH/Testodrol ??? Probably, as I know I haven't lowered my workout intensity. I still miss it.

My confidence is high and libido is definitely up. Other than physiological effects, I am drawn more towards hotter women to start up conversation. Not saying I am getting a positive response back.... : ) But that does not deter me. They are missing out...right ? LOL.

No nap today. Felt like going to the gym right after work. Ate a steak with some fried onions. Drank about a liter of water and I was off to the gym.

Started with cardio to get moving. I went on a decent pace with some HIIT thrown in. 4 min steady and 1 minute max for about 30 minutes. then 9 min steady and 1 minute max for the last 30 minutes. Another 1,000+ calories burned. My body was gorged with blood from circulation and warmed up my body to tackle the chest work out. The starting weights are really light now. Will definitely change them up after this log.
The first 7 sets of HS Incline Press were really easy. The 8th was a good working set. The 9th was productive at a very good tempo and I was ready for the 10th set. Felt really good moving the weight to start, but when I hit the 9th rep I did not have enough strength to finish the 10th. Srry....no PR today. I loaded 20 lbs more for an 11th set. Again, I did not have the strength to go past 5 reps. No PR again. Disappointing. seems like strength has stabilized a bit ? Or maybe building towards next week ? Not sure. At least i did not regress. After making gains for 2 week, a bit of stabilization is not a bad thing. I stripped off weights to 270 lbs and 180 lbs for 2 drop sets to finish it off.

Did some hammer curls, fly/press super sets and finished the workout with chest press on the strive machine. The strive machine splits resistance into 5 parts and stresses that part only. I tried it out and it really pumped up my chest. A nice finishing move.

No PRs today, but I am OK with that. I went through the workout and know I gave it my all. This will be a nice base to build off for next week.

Onto tomorrow. Lifting is done for the week. Not sure what I should do. Definitely a light workout or no workout at all. Maybe work on biceps, triceps, lower back or abs. Parts I have been neglecting as I have been concentrating on larger body parts with the goal to drop the lbs first. Maybe it is a good time to add some of these now to start getting a better shape on the muscles.
