The lurkers need to come in and post up. You guys are really what motivates me! And I have made the decision to not try PH/DS as of yet. Once I reach my potential only then will it even become an IDEA

    June 11th: CARDIO

I wanted to do HIIT today but my fiance convinced me to do cycling with her and I'm glad I did. Exercising is one of the ways we get to spend time together... besides she rode on the bike in front of me and the view was rather pleasant Besides I feel like when I get into the gym it helps give her motivation as well. She's been to the gym every day this week hitting the treadmill and busting her own PRs with distance and I'm very proud of her! She's also working on getting in shape for the honeymoon and I've really started to notice. Too bad there is no fooling around to be had ! Tomorrow is HIIT for sure. Can't wait.

    Stay tuned,

    DJ
So much win in this post ;p keep it up , and remember, key to a good healthy relationship is this. Tuning into each others life's , while supporting and communicating effectively with each other, it strengthens both of you and builds even deeper love roots ;p!! But heck wtf do I know I'm a 21 y.o. tike whose ex-fiance is marrying a dude in 2 months ;D!

Now back on the motivation!!! If you don't do your cardio , sets and diet properly...well this little fella can explain what will happen:

lol... nah man its all 50/50. What was your reference there? That she made me do cycling. I kind of enjoy it actually. It's a definite change of pace from running on the 'mill. Besides the instructor had what appeared to be fake breasts in a low cut sports bra top thing and that wasn't so bad either ! Besides man, since I'm committing to one set of sugar walls sometimes I gotta do what she says or its off to SNAP CITY.

    lol...

Friday Body Works + Abs class, Saturday 4 mile run, Sunday 4 mile run, Monday 1hr cycling... lol I said damn girl you really need to give your body a break. She's getting effin' addicted! I'm glad though she's got the motivation. About a month ago she was hardly doing anything (still looked damn good) but she couldn't find the time/energy. Maybe she gettin jelly at what I'm workin on and wanted to get on my level

That's good she loves gym...sometimes it's hard to find someone who loves the same thing you do...that way you guys can motivate each other...me and my partner loves gym...she comes with me everyday and don't complain if I spend 3hrs at gym...

Ya man you do some crazy volume in your sets which is very time consuming. I hate being there for long periods of time. Back when I was powerlifting it was Squats -> Bench -> Deadlift and it only took us around an hour, if that. Now I'm in there for like 1.5hrs but I feel pretty good when I'm in there. 3 hours though? hooo boy thats a long time! Marathon gym session mang!

Anyway back on topic I'd just like to note one thing since I bitched about my poor chest performance in the gym.

I AM SORE AS FFFF! Like someone tore my chest all up. Must have made ALL KINNNNDS of GAINS in the gym even though I didn't feel as on point. So I guess thats some good news. The Erase Pro has most certainly kicked in and is doing its job. Much like Erase did the first time I ran it, I'm already feeling the effects: feel/appear leaner, new veins are showing up all the time and freaking me out, I walk around and feel like solid as hell. Feels awesome.

HIIT after I get up today.

    That is all.

Quick phone update my dudes and dudeyte ;-)!

    June 12th: HIIT

Man this felt phenomenal! Now I broke some rules by taking EC beforehand (oops its become such a.habit that even when I told myself that I'd take it when I got back I still through the motions of popping the pills anyway and didn't even realize it lol) and on top of that I took two scoops of craze prior to heading to the gym lol. Needless to say the day was a success and I am still alive. My heart did not explode inside my chest as predicted.

I ran 3.2 miles in 29 minutes and burned 525 calories. Hmmm I kinda sound like PJ lol. Did a 2 minute warmup to get my iPod set up followed by a 5 minute jog at 6mph. Then the workout started.

    30sec sprint at 10mph followed by 90sec rest (off treadmill) x 5
    30sec sprint at 8.5mph followed by 90rest at a 6mph case x 4
Ended with a 5minute cooldown jog at 6mph.

    Felt ****ing awesome!

    Weight: 226lbs!!!
