  6. 6/16/12 Day 19

    Today I killed my chest with incline.

    Inlince bench 95lbs GVT "German volume training" 10x10 after just the bar 45lbs 2 sets to fail.

    2 min break then did more incline 145lbs 1x10 then incline dunbells 65lbs 1 set each side 3 reps.

    Upper back is feeling tight! First time my back ever felt tight.!. Now everyone favorite part the food I cook.

    Yellow chicken and rice with peas for lunch all homemade & leftover for dinner

    Off day!

    Upper chest is sore for the first time. Intimidate giving intense dreams example I would be having the most funniest dam dreams every & I literal would wake up laughing! Reversitol v2 got my fuggin muscle all erect feels good.

    I have Babe Ruth in my pants hitting home runs! Libido is fuggin dangerous felt like I drank a red bull + Viagra & just came at you like a spider monkey... Kinda scary, but fun.

    Feeling built like a tank! bic*h am unstoppable! Leaner to!

    I just need to say THANK YOU again to VT & all of the iforce reps for this chance! All I can say is this my final review is going to be sooo dam good that your going orgasm yup that right orgasm in your pants. I got so many good things to say you all better put this up on your website.

  13. 6/18/12 Day 21!

    Well today I lacked energy it started yesterday and wanted to see if it was just a one day thing and it not, So wish I had something for energy which would be great so for know I will need to fight through it.

    Started with squats 155lbs 5x5

    Incline bench 145 2x10 185lbs 1 rep wanted to test the water on incline then 165lbs 2x10

    Barbell row was supposed to be at 80lbs since am doing the 5x5 but bumped it up to 95lbs 5x5

    Well upper chest has some growth to it! Well I gain chest size pretty easily but upper chest I have been slacking so am working hard to put some size on it and its happening a little bit!

    So all in all it was a pretty good day.

    Nice bro my back row is really flying I use to do 95 lbs and even on my cut this past 73 days I've managed to get it to 145lbs great job tho man keep going!!! I force is legit!!!

    Well I never really max out yet well in fact I don't even know my full potential on them since I really never took the time to find out! Haa Well know you got the idea stuck in my head so tomorrow I'll try 145 for a clean rep and if it goes good ill try for more!!! Iforce is in fact very legit, loving every minute of this log.

  19. 6/19/12 Day 22 yesterday!!!

    I seriously don't what this stack to end, it to good to be true. Intimidate is the SH*T peaceful sleep is amazing, dreams are insane & vivid, recover time is on the plus+ side, leaning out has been great! Reversitol v2 is a excellent AI am alot drier & leaner, rock hard muscle that's stronger then a 2000lb blast door, libido is still like KING KONG on Viagra and the fact that I got also Babe Ruth is my pants hitting home runs is dangerous! I-Force has release a dangerous stack combo & should not be for the faint of heart.!.

    Well here my thoughts so far on weight change etc. When I first started I gained about 5lbs with in a week & 1/2 so I went from 175lbs to 180lbs & that included about 1/2-1% body-fat reduction. Well after that I decided to try leangains to see if I got get that extra hand is some quicker body-fat reduction so during that week of leangains, hitting cardio hard + weightlifting I drop back to 175lbs from 180lbs but this time body-fat reduction was of the chains with it being about 2-3% total! I continued leangains for about 1 more week before deciding to increase my calories again. Now current update to for today "Day 22" Am still 175lbs hold strong and a solid 3% body-fat reduction! My thoughts on weight gain are I could have easily gained 10lbs solid with a nice simple BF reduction which would just blow my mind, well my mind is blown with the progress I made!, but I still have a few days left before I weigh again myself You are probably thinking 10lbs on a natty stack is BS and its not possible, let me assure you it is I may not be up 10lbs right now, but I could have easily done it, if it weren't for the lowers calories intake + the 2 full weeks of leangains and yes my diet is on point ask the people here who saw my dinners & lunches lol not to mention my workout is what works for me!

    Well yesterday workout 6/19/12 was really basic and short.

    It started off with I wanted to see my max on barbell rows am not the strongest at all on them, but I decided to try for 145lbs, well I did 145lbs for a clean rep "was heavy" then I did a second one form was ok on that rep, so then I tried for just one more rep and it didn't happen so 2 reps of 145lbs is were am at on those, my goals is to get to about 185-205 so at least is a good start I do believe.

    Next was incline dunbells just wanted to kill my upper chest with volume so I started 35lbs 5x20 2x15 1x10 after I took the 45lbs bench bar and rep to fail.

    After I curled the 45lbs bar for 2 sets of fail.

    So all in all it was a good day, I need to make sure I get back to the cardio groove and abs, but for some reason stomach area has really lean up the last couple of days its like everything just kicked in hardcore style!. So hope you guys enjoy this update & don't be surprised if you see some of this in my final review.

    This is all honest and unbiased log of reversitol v2 + intimidate. There no fake BS just the effects am felling, lifestyle and the fact this stack works!

    Went on a run today cardio has major improvements & and ill some give credit to the glycomyx which help out on that! No workout today just been busy with work & before I forget follow the step below.

  28. Yesterday update! Day 24!

    Well yesterday sleep was fuggin to good to be true slept like a baby that had a full belly of breast milk, I was out. Next thing you know this chick texts me at 7:12Am like seriously lol you wake me up from my sleep, this sleep is better sex, ok ok noting better then sex. haa, but no joke I wanted to kill here for waking me up......

    No workout just focused on my work stuff and lots of food, Hunger has been increasing like a wild fire so am loving my small increasing daily calorie intake!

    I seem to drop size, but weight still the same 175lbs strong. Strength is intact in fact all my odds & ends are up a couple of pounds! Not sure about my major lefts yet, but am already pretty solid in bench, deads , and its a toss up in squats. Size lost vs getting lean is a trade of am pretty happy with since strength hasn't been effected.

    Well I have increase definition I never had in my arm, I don't know what you call the part of definition, but its there --> Red line point to arm. Mirror doesn't server pictures justice lol :/

    This fuggin stack is amazing proving that your diet in check + killing it in the gym!

    All in all am becoming a lean machine! Other notes I put some small upper chest size to!

  29. Today update 6/22/12 Day 25! 3 full weeks in.

    Today was by far the worst workout, no energy; Felt lazy. Start of with bench 145lbs 2x15 185lbs 5x5 205lbs 3x5 225lbs 3x5 I just felt week in bench today, normally I rep 225 likes it kids weight but I just had to stop to prevent injury's had no energy or focus/aggression.

    Am going to revaluate my protein intake to see if that's the problem.

  30. 6/23/12 Day 26! 2 more does lefts of reversitol v2 ..

    Ya that right I have 2 does left of reversitol v2 in which Monday will be my last day! I don't know how this is possible? lol I am pretty sure I didn't double does or did I miss log a day? Well It was a fun ride

    Good news I have I will still have some intimidate left and will be done with that Thursday so I might close this shop early since I don't see the point in logging intimidate for 3 days by itself so I will write my finial review on Monday early morning or that night!!!

    Took today off, tomorrow I will start a deload + cardio. So finial review will come Monday!

    Edit. Am down about 1/2% more in bodyfat for a epic 3 1/2% total. 175lbs still holding strong.
