    Day 39

    Weight was exactly the same at 202.2lbs (+3.2lbs) this morning. Calories are going to be back up with working all day. Everyone I've been working with the last couple weeks can't understand how anyone can eat so much lol.

    Breakfast (200g carbs) required 5 caps of SLINshot. I had my last dose of Recycle this morning. Hopefully my third bottle and MM arrive today. I'll make quick work of it at 8 caps a day.

    I plan on hitting shoulders after work. I'm feeling pretty refreshed this morning so I'm hoping that lasts and leads to a solid workout.

    Progress continued with my shoulders. I felt strong, but wasn't sure where improvements were made because I didn't have my previous numbers available at the time. I did a pretty good job remembering where I left off and was happy to see that strength went up after I got home to compare.

    Feeling great from my workout, but a little behind schedule. I have some cooking to do to make sure I stay on track with my diet. I'll be having 4 caps of SLINshot before my meal and I don't have any Recycle left to take with it. As of now I'm down to D-pol and SLINshot for supplements.

    I noticed my joints are starting to improve. They aren't in top shape, but the discomfort with some lifts is less each day. They should be back to normal by next week and it will help me finish out my run strong.

    Day 40

    My weight took a dive to 200.6lbs (+1.6lbs overall). Not sure what the deal is because it was holding steady/slowing increasing and I've only added more calories. Hopefully it was a fluke, but if not, time for more food.

    I had 5 SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast and my D-pol with it. I planned on sleeping in a little today, but it looks like I'm used to getting up at 5am and I couldnt stay asleep. My gym closes at noon anyways, so since I'm up I'll take advantage of it. I'm about to go start celebrating my independence with some deadlifts.

    Yeah, I would too. Everything was just behind by an hour...I didn't go more than 2 hours without eating yesterday lol. It's hard to eat enough by the end of the day if I don't.

    Hopefully my weight is back up in the next few days. It's been hard to stay on track with the recent changes in my calorie expenditure. I think I have a good grasp on it now, but I still am not sure exactly what my total calorie intake should be at this point. Up until a few weeks ago I had everything perfected and was putting on lean weight at a strong pace. My "new" newbie gains might be slowing down as well as I get closer to my old weight. Either way, things are still going great, but there's no reason not to try and make them better.

    Well my phone just died. I won't be able to get a new one until at least Friday night, so It's going to be harder for me to update the log for now. I also used it to track all my calories/workouts and a ton of other stuff so I'm pretty pissed.

    Day 41

    My weight ended up coming back somewhat at 202lbs exactly (+3lbs overall) this morning. I had 5 SLINshot before breakfast (195g carbs) and hope to work out later so no D-pol yet. Hopefully I'll have some MM by the time I get home from work and get ready to head to the gym. I'm planning on an arm based workout as long as I have time.

    Day 41 continued

    I just had D-pol with a multi, protein shake, and greens mix...a balanced liquid meal lol. I came home to a couple packages from UPS, but none from Purus. I'm pretty beat so I'll be using one of my various pre workouts before I head to the gym. Hopefully if I work out tomorrow Muscle Marinade will be a part of it. I'm looking forward to trying Cherry Limeade since I thought the flavoring of Fresh Fruit was great. Today's going to be an arm focused workout that will really put my joints to the test. I might be able to add a couple tri exercises I've been avoiding because of my elbows. They aren't 100% so I'll see how they feel first.

    I'm still feeling like I have an extra edge in the gym thanks to D-pol. Once I start working out I can tell my strength is up and it puts me in a great mood. My rest time has also been slightly decreased between sets and it hasn't resulted in a drop in numbers.

    I had another 4 SLINshot before a big post workout meal and it kept me from feeling weighed down as usual.
