Friday I took the white flood a half hour before my workout. I started to sip on it and then drank it through my workout. I'm totally happy with it. It mixed up good and tasted great.
I didn't think it could get better until today, I started drinking the purple wrath also a half hour before and throughout my workout. WOW! I was pumped full of energy and felt I was just throwing the weight around. Sometimes, I have to get mentally aggressive during my workout, but this stuff took care of that.
I would recommend both these products.
