I've already used my second patch, having forgotten to start this thread and update. What I have noticed already is WAY more vivid dreams at night. They are super strong the nights i'm using the patches, but also more vivid the nights inbetween as well.

I haven't been to the gym since I started the patches so can't comment on recovery, but we'll see, hopefully I can hit it tomorrow.
