I wanna thank Enhanced Body Formulations for sending me a bottle of AAv2!

My diet hasn't been up to par recently due to my schooling and busy schedule but now since it's summer I'm hoping AAv2 along with a strict diet will help me get back into top shape. My plans are to run a lean bulk so I'd like to only lose if anything 1-2 lbs and have an overall bigger physique.

My diet:
4 Meals a day consisting of 650 calories and BCAAS in between meals.
Around 400 complex/simple carbs a day. Simple being around workout time.
Around 200 grams of protein a day.
The rest of the calories are coming form natural fat sources.

Only supplements I will be on during this log will be:
NOW ADAM
NOW Vitamin C
Creatine Monohydrate
Dymatize Elite XT
Bulk BCAAs
Maximize Intense

AAv2 will be dosed 3 times a day for 20 days to maximize results in the shortest amount of time possible.

Whats sad for me was my incline is stronger than my flat bench lol

The product hasn't arrived yet that why I've been lax about updating the thread lol but yesterday's energy was GREAT. I bought a Bang RTD from VPX at the local gas station and it really gave me that extra boost. Pre Workouts with Creatinol O Phosphate really seem to help me out ALOT with muscle fatigue. As of my intake, it's going to be the same every day as I posted above. Today was mainly Oats, Protein Powder, Chicken Breast, Steak, Sweet potato, salad, blueberrys, Whole wheat bread, low fat cheese, and a fiber one bar. However on non-workout days I'm going to cut it to 2000 calories a day and these days will include a carbohydrate deficit time maximize GH release.

lol I tend to go light on incline barbell because it causes stress on my shoulder. I had an injury a couple months ago. Incline free weight doesn't tend to bother as much.

Foods over shakes yeah and drop the breads and stick with wild rice or quinoa ;)

I noticed that when I was eating grains and Neolithic foods, I was skinny fat, now after eating paleo/ish with some traces of conventional sauces in a blue moon, I up my fats, drop carbs right off, I put on muscle, sleep better, and my skin is super clear!

Dude I WISH. I'm a broke college student lol so it's hard to drop the shakes :( I only had one yesterday however. Had 3 chicken breast yesterday. But yeah ill look into the quinoa love that stuff :)

Rest Day today.

i love a B COMPLEX with my largest meal of the day. I dont do much in the vitamin C supplementation. I definitely used to, just stopped doing it.

As I said earlier, today was a rest day so the calories were kept to a minimum.
Today's Food consisted of: Eggs, Egg whites, Chicken Breast, Fat Free Ham Cold cuts, Oatmeal, Handful of Blueberries, Sweet Potato, and Reduced fat Burger on a whole wheat bun and a BUNCH of BCAAs today.

AAv2 Dosed @ 9 Caps today

when were your doses of the AAv2? post meal?

If running 9 caps per day you can take 1 cap pre meal, and 2 caps post meal 3x a day. Works pretty well that way.

I was dosing it 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach. I'll start dosing it that way

I dont recommend a full serving before a meal unless its a kind of ****ty meal.

I'm getting a little warm/burn sensation, its nothing like reflux or indigestion, just warm. Im dosing two caps 60-90mins after first meal, then 1cap 60-90 min after meals 3and 4. Just taking it easy this week as my body is adjusting and still having small issues with recompadrol only dosing one cap empty stomach b4 bed has helped though. I will say I took one AAv2 too close to dinner last night and that food went right through me. Any suggestions

Digestion issues and stomach discomfort?
No digestion issues. Definite warming in my stomach not long after dosing - overall increased body temperature and I was like a mini-furnace 99.9% of the time, albeit the other 0.1% being freezing. A little stomach discomfort when I dosed pre-bed the first few times, with a "sore tummy" if dosing 2 caps 2-3 hours after only having had BCAAs (and not a meal), but after a while dosing 2 caps did not cause stomach pains (could be because I was also eating a lot more - the weeks where I was eating close to 10,000 calories a day - and dosing was mostly within 1-2 hours of meals). Also found that AAv2 had a diuretic effect. I used AAv2 at a time where everything was all messed up as far as sleeping patterns, eating, and my life in general getting turned upside down (dosing/timing was changed and experimented with a lot) - you can see those weeks in my 2012 log/journal: The Female Terminator Chronicles: The Ultimate Muscle and Physique Stack (2012)

I mentioned it before, if you take it on empty and you experience the warm feeling (sometimes is also because a cap can dissolve before going all the way down, it happens with a lot of sups) take it with 4oz of coconut or almond milk.

What's the idea of it behind a meal?
Well leptin levels raise then peak at some point after a meal and fall back to normal at around 4 hours after, so taking it while its about to peak to increase the amount of fatty acids being burnt.... It also brings leptin down a bit and prepares your body for the next coming meal (lower Akt; which aids in the prevention of adipogenesis, Lower PPARy; represses adipogenesis ect)

The HCA is responsible for that. It may even be a combination of the evodiamine and HCA causing that to happen. One reason why i mention to use it BEFORE a cheat meal as it has the ability to block some carbs and heavily reduce the impact of the meal on you body composition to somthing more favorable.

You have to warm up to the HCA for some people. There were times i was taking 1.5g hca per meal (3g garcinia), and running to the bathroom. i ended up taking 9g per day of garcinia and it DEFINITELY works very favorably in regards to carbohydrates.

I would keep at it after a meal for now.

12 is good to go brotha! i wouldnt run it to long, just maybe a 2 week run at a time and then back to lowering the dose
