    Triceps and Biceps
    Skull Crushers: 70 lbs 4 sets 12 Reps
    Dips: 4 sets of 25
    Cable Tricep Extension: 100 lbs 4 sets till failure
    Bicep Curls: 35lbs 4 sets of 12
    Hammer Curls: 40 lbs 4 sets of 12
    Reverse Curls: 30 lb Bar 4 sets of 12
    Ran 1 mile @ Medium Intensity
    Didn't get to workout as much as I would have liked today due to work calling me in.
    Diet: Oatmeal, Strawberries, Brown Rice, Veggies, Chicken Breasts, Cliff Bar, Lean Detour Protein Bar, Protein Shake and BCAAs.
    I won't be working out tomorrow since I work all day tomorrow so will be cutting tomorrow.

    Dosed AAv2 @ 12 Caps today.

    i have 2 more weeks to diet.... so i may do that 12 caps for 2 weeks and then start a bulk.

    Not everyday. I'm gonna do it again today and then probably just leave it for days when I lift heavy and/or eat a surplus of calories on that given day.

  11. No workout today guys, had some eggs, low fat sausage, diced potatoes, turkey Cobb salad, protein shake, ham slices, sun butter ( peanut butter replacement) lean ground sirloin, and some pretzels.

    Barbell Shoulder Press (Front & Behind Head): 135 4 Sets each 12 Reps each
    Dumbell Lateral Raises: 25 lbs 4 Sets 12 Reps
    Shrugs Machine: 115 lbs each side 4 Sets 12 Reps
    200 Crunches

    Nice workout man! I did shoulders and arms yesterday. My pressed need tons of work. Laterals not so much though. I'm going to try your workout Friday

  17. Something I noticed with AAv2 is there is absolutely no trace of strength loss,
    that happened to me before with some other fat burner, nothing major but noticeable

    Yea there is some residual powder on the outside of the caps that contribute to that spice on the tongue or sneezing from smelling the caps.

    Its the non suppression of appetite. I can eat clean and have normal appetitive but actually lose fat/weight...BONUS!!!!!

  21. Took 3 caps today on an empty stomach and it killed my insides I quickly scorfed some food down with some tums and it went away at least lol

  22. yea 3 caps is too much for some thats. 1,5 mg capsaicinoids. Capsaicinoids dont just include capsaicin and they are potent.

    If you were to do that again, 4oz of coconut mulk or almond milk will stop that in its tracks.

  23. Didn't workout yesterday had a 12 hour day at work so I was exhausted. Had a real good caloric deficit all day then loaded up with some carbs toward the end up the day. Foods : Protein Shakes, Lean Pork Tenderloin, Eggs, Egg whites, Sunflower Spread, Valencia Rice, Oatmeal, Spinach, Broccoli, Chicken Breast.

    AAv2 @ 9 caps

    8 Sets of Squats
    1 set @ 135 15 reps
    1 set @ 185 12 reps
    2 sets @ 205 10 reps
    4 more set of 135 12 reps
    2 Sets of Leg Press 15 reps 180 lbs
    4 Sets of Calf Extensions 105 lbs

    I haven't worked out legs in a few months due to a quad injury and HOLY SH!T I could barely drive home lol

    Foods today (so far): Oatmeal, Protein Shake, Black Beans, Valencia Rice, Sunflower butter , Egg whites
