Rest Day today.
I have work and school all day.
Just ate some chicken breast fiber plus bar ( 9 grams of fiber! ftw) and drank 5 grams of BCAAs.
Today's gonna be low carb, High Fat, High Protein around 2000 Calories. I don't count my BCAAs as calories and I'll be sippin on dem all day!
I'll update you guys later on what I ate.
I take 500 mg of Vitamin C with all my meals btw
