My supps came in just now. Even the box it came in had there logo. Awesome . Weird how both are tablets yet one is in a cylinder and the other is not. Not sure about the consistency there.

Hey what's going on. I will be starting a s-poll, recycle stack. I look forward to blogging a product again it's been a while. I have tried many test boosters along with the real test, along with pro hormones, herbal test boosters. I will know right away if its effective. This looks very promising. I just got done working out. Had a very awesome bicep and tricep workout.


Warmup with bicep Pull ups 3 sets 25 reps
4 sets of 12lb bicep pull ups at 8 reps
3 sets cable curls 6 reps
Inclined bicep curls 20lbs 3 sets 6 reps
Now my arms getting pumped
25 tricep pushups 3 sets
3 sets of cable pull downs 6 reps
Now I'm feeling my whole arm being pumped.
3 sets cable kick back 6 reps
Awesome workout for me.

Fixed my name for the 1000th time.

Since he's good with pix maybe he will post some of these exercises up. I can give a good guess though. I think he is saying he is working his biceps by doing pull ups; Back as well.
But that's just my best guess, for sure the tricep focused push up would have his hand in a diamond form.

So kinda like Chin-ups or diamond push ups , I've heard that keeping elbows close to the body also isolates triceps more He'll post up a vid or pic of them later i guess.
