  4. Killer shoulder workout today.,
    Shoulders felt full.
    Workout is getting easier so I'm increasing my intensity each week. Been only using this for about a week now. Give me a few more days.
    Should I be taking them on the weekend?
    I hate one bring 30 serving and the other being 25. Very weird.

    I had a great workout today. My arms felt really great. I was able to lift longer I felt like I was able to lift harder.
    Bicep pulls warm ups 25x3 3lbs
    Weighted Bicep pull ups 12lbs 3 sets 10 reps
    Cable curls 3 sets 6 reps
    Seated isolated sumbell curl inline 3 sets 8 reps 20lbs
    Push ups triceps 25x3
    Dips weighted 3 sets 8 reps 12lbs
    Cable kick backs 3 sets 6 reps
    Isolated cable tricep over head press 3 sets 8 reps

  9. My workout is getting more efficient as I continue to use the products. I will go further on the week to see when doing my same routine second time around how much easier it will be. I can tell definitely between not using it and using it obviously because I didn't stop working at prior to the products.

  10. So I didn't take recycle today. And I have no bathroom issues. I now know it is recycle and not dpol that is giving me issues.

  14. Awesome day today. Back day. Amazing pumps and strength. I took the patch as directed 4-8 hours pre for no and 1 hour before for the creatine patch.
    25x4 3lbdumbell got easier.
    Weighted 20lb wide grip pullups 6 reps 4 sets.
    Cable rows 3 sets 6 reps
    Upright cable rows 3 sets 6 reps
    lat pull down on cable 3 sets 6 reps.
    I am feeling great today.


    mmmmmm BBQ for lunch and we just got done eating 4 beef patty's .

    Bathroom again in the morning. I am not liking this at all.

  17. With the bathroom issues how are you dosing the Recycle and Dpol?

    Since I eat often during the day, maybe take 1 pill of each with each meal?

    Strength gains. My warm ups are a lot easier. Also my rest times are shorter and my hunger is up. I eat a lot but dang last night lets see I had dinner at 5. Then went to a bbq at 6 for more meat than at 8:30 ate more meat and than at more meat. I feel more hungry since on dpol and recycle.

  21. The weekend is nice when I'm not taking recycle because I don't have to go to the bathroom. clearly now that I'm on my second weekend I know exactly what product it is and I'm isolating it.

    Dumbell static lunges 3 sets 8 reps.
    Static squats on machine.
    Leg extensions 3 sets 6 reps
    Jump squats. 3 sets 6 reps 20lbs each hand.
    Kick backs cable. 3 sets 8 reps.

    Strength is up. Rest periods are great. I feel strong.

  23. So just to follow-up I did shoulders Thursday biceps and triceps Friday. My strength is still going up and my rest periods are shorter.

    Pictures soon too. Still using restroom on days I use recycle more often.

  25. I am loving dpol, it is great because I can feel the strength from it. Reminds me of real test. and the rest times are great.

  26. Sometime in a few weeks from now most likely a week or two I'm going to get my testosterone levels measured as well as my growth hormone levels measured. Between the two products and the other two products I should see some increase in my blood levels.

  27. My legs are dead. Used a 14 day trial at a different gym. Took me about 1.2 hours to finish. I have a video too.
    Static squats with 4 second count. Lunges on box , stiff deads, leg curls, calve rises .

    Strength is there. Energy was up. I am feeling strong.

    So might this be because of the Purus Stack or the ammount of Ageforce Patches you are using for the first time? Because I understand this is your first time with Purus too so...how can you differentiate between the effects of the two, and which is helping you in what aspect if you do not know them from previous experience on your body reacts to them?...Just wondering...Food for thought !

    I consider both Purus supps and Ageforce supps magnificent, but I want to hear your thoughts on their combined effects and results, since well...no way to know them individually now is there ?

I have used the power patch so That's one less patch to talk about, second I have used arginine, creatine, beta alainine coq10 lysine so I know what it does as well as how I feel when I increase no and ATP so when I switched to the patch I wanted to make sure I still was feeling the effects that a pre workout would give you. If any thing I should feel more with a closer 100% bioavailability via patch delivery with creatine etc.

  34. This week it was awesome. I had a photo shoot. Roughly $83 an hour. Today was my final day for recycle. I had a amazing amazing great workout today. One and a half squats,lunges, regular squats, calve raises,leg extension, stiffly get a cable deadlifts.

    Dumbbell shoulder twist press palm in to out 3 sets 6 reps 60 Lbs
    Side lateral 8 second holds with 6 reps 3 sets 20lb
    Circles 15 lbs 30 seconds getting bigger in diameter as I rotate clock wise.
    Triceps cable push down 150 on the machine. 6 reps 3 sets palm out palm in than v.
    Skill crushers 30/40/45 each hand 3 sets 6 reps
    Dips 25 3 sets

    Biceps incline curls 3 sets 25/30/35 6 reps
    Side cable curls with elbow to hip video to come. 10 sets 10 reps
    Scotts curls 3 sets 6 reps.
    Arms are pumped.

  40. Killer leg workout yesterday. Killer ab and chest workout today.

    strength are still there from the dpol. Strength is still up. I feel awesome.
    Squats same as last week but 2.5lbs increase on the smith machine.
    Lunges increased too.
    Today abs and chest. My rest times are still low compared to before when not on product. I feel awesome.
    Abs are looking great.
    Every thing is positive so far.
