    Hey guys,

    I am new here and yall have been nothing but extremely helpful and encouraging thus far, especially given my age and inexperience in this 'realm' of training (phs/test boost/aas/etc).

    I decided not to just go with a test booster, and give the natabolic stack a try. I saw some god logs with great results and some bad logs with bad results and everywhere in between.

    Background
    height: 5'9
    age: 21
    weight: 160

    I did olympic style powerlifting for my tennis training at a facility called Velocity with sprints and agility training to go along with it, followed by personal trainers for a couple years --all for tennis training. I have since become addicted to lifting and gotten burnt out with tennis, and I have been lifting seriously for about 4 years. 4 years ago I was the same height at 135lbs, so I have come a long way. I dabbled with powerlifting just because my dead lift is fairly strong for my weight.. and I might compete for my school in October.

    I usually dont OH press, but the last time I did I was around 140lbs... but that was quite some time ago.


    Plan

    I plan to lean bulk while I am on this, using Layne Norton's PHAT. I know it is overrated and overused, but I love it. I have used it twice now and really, really enjoy it. hate if you must. I will however be doing a special powerlifting-designed workout the coach gave me for my upper body power day-- only on the bench though to get those numbers up.

    Dosing and other contenders
    most seem to think the sweet spot for Natty drol is 8 everyday. since I still have pretty solid libido and my testosterone is def still up there, i am going to do this...

    first 5 days: 2 with breakfast, 3 pre workout (5 total)
    remaining: 2 with breakfast, 3 pre-workout, 2 with dinner (7 total)

    I have not quite figured out how to do the formadrol just yet, I also may put some erase in there, comments thoughts welcome.

    A solid strong workout today. I felt good. Obv too soon to tell much yet, but good workout from the great placebo. The only downside is I cannot friggin sleep, even with the ghenerate. hopefully I am so sacked tonight that I will ptfo for a good while. I need to get a good sleep in.

    Day 4 Rest Day (yesterday)

    took my last dosage earlier in the day, slept like a log. the wild dreams have definitely begun. I kid not, I had a dream I cheated on my current gf with Rihanna. Obviously there was more to that dream, but it was a wild ride, pun intended.

    I woke up feeling very well rested, definitely more so than normal.

    Felt pretty good today. Idk if it is just placebo but I felt slightly more agressive/alpha than usual. I have to think that is placebo though, because I am only 5 days in at 5 caps per day.

    I cant wait till this sh*t kicks in. I plan to ditch the barbell and just do deads/bench/shoulder press with my car.

    Only thing I notice is that I seem to drink a lake and a half every day, which is consistent with other logs I read... and, the diuretic effect reaps havoc most bathroom visits .. also consistent with other logs haha.

    so far so good.

    DAY 7 Lower Body Power

    I had to take 2 days off unfortunately to go home for Mothers Day, and my dads bday that landed on the same day. I woke up at 4:30 this morning to fly back to school, so the workout was not quite as intense as I had hoped, but still good.

    Felt pretty good today except on preachers. My biceps are definitely my lagging muscles, but usually they aren't quite that bad. On the other side of that, I felt like the 80lb dbs were toys on the presses, which was definitely a novel feeling. And a f$cking awesome feeling for the kid who used to have no pecs. I think I may be feeling a little something via confidence and so forth, but still not so sure. I think the PR was placebo.

    Sleep in incredible. I go into a comatose state, but wake up like clockwork 8ish hours later (usually oversleep w/o alarm), and feel completely rested and ready to grab the day by the horns.

    felt good today, got all near my old pr's, which means I will be breaking them consistently from this point forward I hope. The DB presses felt fantastic. thats a good amount of weight for me.

    love to get some feed back if anyone out there has some to offer. not really sure when I should start feeling the stack, I think I am starting too though. thirst is through the friggin roof, which I like alot, but so far that has been the only sign I think.

    Felt pretty solid today, maybe not as strong as I wanted, but I was forced to take 2 days off because I was called away. The natadrol is starting to kick in some. My skin and back are considerably more oily than normal, and I had a breakout on my face yesterday. They still happen on occasion but not quite this bad. That said, the breakout isnt bad, just more than normal.

    To any and all following, I am in a mock trial class that is kicking my ass with workload, which explains the lack of updates. sorry for that, but I have still been lifting.

    Had a great leg day, and the strength is coming up some. I am definitely getting the increased libido, which is problem bc my girlfriend is away for the next couple weeks, and my trial partner is hot as nuts. A distinct test of self restraint no doubt.

    did chest and arms yesterday, felt awesome. weight is up a little, 161, which is the heaviest I have ever been = fantastic.

    I ran the rack in biceps today to mix it up. Did sets of ten to start with alternating curls, starting at 50lbs (which is a PR, laugh if you must) and went all the way down to 20s. the pump was insane, and my vascularity has definitely jumped up. starting to get veins in my delts.

    Felt great today. went easy on triceps after the presses, because I felt a little tweak at the bottom of the movement on the third set. I went heavier than normal though. I'll get used to it.
