Ere we go again. Ok since the server saw fit to wipe the original here is part deux.
As of now the prime has run out :-/. So from now on it will be anabeta solo. The thing about it I have been off the prime for about a week. I haven't noticed a difference.

Pretty decent workout. squats felt really good. When I got to the leg press I could tell how much the squats had taken out of my legs. I have noticed veins becoming more and more pronounced on my legs.

I have started incorporating more pulling movements. Thanks biglou ;-). Still waiting on 531 for powerlifting ;-/ not quite sure what happened there. Anabeta I have been dosing 2 anabeta preworkout. Since starting that I have noticed a difference in my workouts almost like an invincible feeling. I mean I'll squeeze my assistance set out and when the next set comes up I'm ready to go almost like it is the first set.

Ok its been a week since the prime ran out. Honestly I can't tell any difference. Anabeta is still going strong down to the last week on it. Anyway last nights workout

Two words for this workout FAT GRIPZ!!!!!!!!! You don't realize how much a change in grip effects your workout until it changes. Didn't notice much on flat bb bench but on the db rows and db incline it really showed. On the db rows my arm from hand all the way into my lats was pumped. On the inclines I could really feel my chest. I found several new veins in my forearms. I had to throw in the hammer curls just to see if there is a difference. Well let's put it this my bicep near the elbow and my forearms are sore. So far I'm loving fat Gripz. On the Anabeta front still getting a nice full muscle feeling through out the day. If elite is better than this its going on my list. :cool:

I was going to order some fat gripz with my last protein order... after reading your experience with them, I just might have to!

Quads 23" +.5"
Waist 37..25 -1.5 measured at belly button
Bodyfat 23% down approx 2%
