Everything cool brother? Maybe take a day off and relax a bit , sleep a little more. Have you thought something for cortisol control? Or something for stress at least? It might help with recovery and mood brotha! Keep it up, good workout all in all bro! Thats the spirit , no matter what , you don't give up , that in my books is the best attitude bro!

Unless there are other obvious reasons, I think this is something everybody goes through. You are tough man. You will get through it. I also don't think it's bad to take a break for couple days to recharge. All the best packers. Think about softball ! Seriously, take care.

Thanks guys, I'm on trt but the Dr i see really know's his shiz. I had my first trt dr having me in a roller coster ride and horomonal hell. I've been on 200mg test cyp for 8 months now and have been doing well. I don't care much for the letro he has me on. When I took some clomid I got on my own, I felt so goood. I think it's lack of sleep and work stress. I still felt good in the gym just not energized.

I need to get with Scotty Doc or DW on discount for some G8 melatonin doesnt work for me. For years I can get up on 3-4 hrs of sleep, and go to work, but I have the hardest time falling alseep. I sometimes wonder if my cortisol, or adrenal glands mess up.

Hm...well you do need to let your adrenals off stims for a while for them to rehab , but I definitely think its cortisol related since you have had some stressful days , and have not been able to sleep a lot , get some G8 from them , if not , Buying bulk 1-carboxy+PureCamp will be good , since it IS Sabinsa licensed forskolin it WILL help you into a deeper sleep along with 1-carboxy while reducing cortisol levels bro.

Yah that makes sense, I get the feeling using Ignite 2 sometimes and was wondering if the crea-trona in it might be a factor.... Crea-Trona is going to be excellent for in between cycles.

Im starting to think that the tiredness was from comming off stims after last pill of finaflex. I felt really good today and hit a good chest/tri's workout then cardio

    Chest:

db presses flat bench: 60lbs PR x 8,8,8

    incline bench press: 135lbs x 8,8,8

    incline machine presses: 100lbs x 12, 120lbs 10,10

    incline db presses: 50lbs x 8,8,8

    Triceps:

    rope press downs: 100lbs x 10,10,10

    wide bar reverse curls: 90lbs x 10,10,10

    seated overhead presses db's: 55lbs x 8,8,8

    machine dips: 100lbs x 10,10,10

    tricep extensions: 50lbs x 10,10,10
    Awesome workout packers !

    Final review on this stack!!

First off I recommend Creatrona for anyone. This stuff is now a staple creatine for me! I noticed big time recovery and less soreness then normal. Hit somepr's including 50's on db's curls which is my weak point. Pro X had my aggression at an all time high and I found it very easy to workout without getting tired. I believe this to be one Hella power punch combo. Looking forward to stacking a mega Finaflex stack soon!

I will be starting a stack tomorrow and will post link when ready. Thanks to everyone for joining in and big THANKS to DW, Scotty, and Turninggreen for the log!

Great job on this log Packers. I have not taken creatine since high school days when it was the only thing going. You have peaked my interest again. Nice details and to the point on things people want to know about. You made great improvements on your lifts and pretty soon rest of the body will catch up to the world class calves. Link me to your next log also. Job well done. NEXT !
