    I respectfully drop out of the Calf contest due to the fact that "I have no shot !"

    That is some sick calves ripped with definition.

    Your arms and shoulders are huge as well and it looks like you leaned out quite a lot. Great job Packers. Keep up the great work !!!

  4. Thanks brother soon as I get to where I can give you reps on that you got it. I apprecitate that cause I'm hard on myself. Being short, and having such a ton of fat to burn after years of letting myself go then years trying without knowing my test levels were low has been tough. I got a long way to go. I was at 170 in 2000 benching 350 lol but I think now, 185 to 190 will do.

  28. Took off work a lil early today to pay bills and hit the gym early, since had my son's awards night for school. Lil pack got straight A's for the year and won three more awards. Must get that from Mrs. Packers lol.

    straight bar curls: 45lbs x 10,10,10

  30. My biceps have been my focus area for strength and size. I just now with in last month got to 45's. I'm starting to feel the surge of power day by day and loving it.
