I will be taking 6 - 8 caps per day, so this should last me 30 days or better. If Finaflex reps want me to dose it differently then i will (obviously) lol.

I said i would take starting pics so that people can see the results, so without further ado, here is me in all my non-big glory:

Stats

Age:23
Sex: yes please
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 193lbs as of this picture
Bodyfat %: you be the judge. im guessing high 12s.
Training history: 5+ serious years
Creatine usage: Mono, ethyl ester, kre-alkyln, dicreatine malate, creatine nitrate, and now, Crea-Trona.

I will also be using Finaflex Ignite 2 as my preworkout that i paid for with my own hard earned money. Love this stuff! But i digress, this is about Crea-trona. Ignite 2 does have Crea-trona in it though!

yes, i am pale. get over it lol.

31 days on Crea-Trona: After pics. Bodyweight as of pictures - 191lbs

Final review:

Crea-Trona is an amazing creatine, no doubt about it. I kept my bodyweight nearly the same (within 3 lbs), lost body fat, gained muscle, vascularity increased, strength increased, and stamina increased. My endurance is through the roof! I think the pictures speak for themselves. Remember, this is only 31 days on Crea-trona. In conjunction with proper diet and training Crea-Trona can truly take you to the next level. I am wanting to pick another 4 weeks worth to see how big of a difference i can really make!

Strength: 9
Stamina: 8
Endurance: 10! I didn't want to leave the gym.
Overall Mood:Amazing. Each workout made me feel better.
Bloat: NONE! i look drier, leaner, and more full! every other creatine i have used has made me feel bloated.

I will be rating Crea-Trona based on 4 guidelines that Dreamweaver has laid out:

Strength Increase

Overall Energy
Recovery

Each will be rated from 1-10 with 10 being the best. I will not give all 10s just because they let me log this. If it doesn't help, ill definitely let yall know, but if it's anything like the other Finaflex products then im expecting great things!

It will obviously take a while to judge all these, but i am excited to see them all go up!

little update: my left shoulder has always popped, cracked, and just generally made weird noises since it was pulled out of socket years ago. as of this morning, there is no clicking, popping, cracking, or any kind of "kink" like usual. I have been so used to it popping that this is a bit weird. ill keep this updated because it might just be temporary.

just got back from the doctors. my left testicle has been kinda hurting since monday, but today i almost doubled over in pain. went to see the doc right before they closed and he said it was varicocele? hurts like hell at random times, kinda feels like blue balls, but only in 1 testicle. not too thrilled about this :(

im going to take tomorrow off to rest, and try to hit it hard saturday morning.

any body else have this or go through this? any suggestions? did you have surgery? any help is appreciated.

ill be going to the gym tomorrow. yeah, on mother's day. should be good! not lifting for 3 days sucks!

should be just a tad over 1 month from now. i plan on starting that june 17. and yeah, my nuts feel much better. no pain.

Day 5)

did a full body type workout to get some cardio and strength training in. Can't remember everything i did cause i was just jumping from one exercise to another. I had a ton of energy, but i made sure not to over-do it in case my balls decided to start hurting again. tomorrow will be a much more structured workout, possibly a chest / abs/ cardio day.

after 3 days of rest i was so ready to hit the weights! my energy levels were way up.

Day 9) Shoulders

Did this workout fasted, and i was amazed at how well my energy levels stayed high. Big pump, lots of veins, and moving some weight!

185 x failure

BB Clean and Press

115 x 10 x 2
135 x 6

I was worn out! and my shoulders were on fire, but man oh man did they look good. i am starting to see major improvements in them as far width and separation between my bis/tris and shoulders. A good bit of striation as well.

Again, this was fasted. I at breakfast at 7 in the morning (can't pass up free breakfast at work), and then early lunch at 11. Worked out at 7 so i had not eaten for 8 hours. not sure if that's considered fasting, but i sure as heck didnt have anything in my stomach.

Take into account that my weight (as of Friday night, not this morning) was 188lbs!! No carbs sucks lol, but ill be having pasta for dinner, so im sure ill be back at 192 -193 by sunday afternoon.

So, my strength was up, even though i had no food in me for about 12 hours, and my energy levels were good - not great. not too bad considering it was first thing in the morning and i was hungry as hell.

I was extremely pumped up. If it werent weird i would have been snapping pics oh how much my veins were popping out. I had not eaten for 6 hours prior, so i give credit to a high intensity workout and Ignite + Crea-Trona!

Bodyweight was 192.4lbs tonight before workout. I am keeping up with numbers that i was doing when i was 10 - 15lbs heavier. I am really liking these products and can clearly see my body changing and getting leaner. Keep in mind, diet has a lot to do with it, but Crea-Trona and Ignite 2 are definitely helping a ton!

Day 14) Chest

Not gonna lie, i just wasn't feeling it today, but i got in the gym and knocked it out anyways. I need sleep. I have been burning the candle at both ends for a couple of weeks now, and i need some much needed rest.

Flat Bench

185 x 12 x 2
205 x 6 x 2 (yeah... not my best ever)

Incline Smith Machine

205 x 8 x 2
185 x 8

Pec Deck

120 x 12
135 x 9 x 2

Dips

bodyweight x failure x 2

Pushups

bodyweight x failure x 2

My only guess is the lack of sleep i have been getting, and the fact that my shoulders might have been less than 100% after yesterdays killer back day. anywho, im sure tomorrow will yield better results.

My only guess is the lack of sleep i have been getting, and the fact that my shoulders might have been less than 100% after yesterdays killer back day. anywho, im sure tomorrow will yield better results.
You have been expending a lot of energy recently, need that rest ...

Thanks man, only the beginning, I can lose about 10 lbs of fat in 5 weeks :) and I am getting bigger as well. This should be my biggest week size wise.

day 15) Legs

Felt a ton better today. not tired or groggy, so adding in Ignite 2 plus 8 caps of Crea-Trona really brought on the buzz.

Squats superset with Front Squats superset with BB Stationary Lunges

225 x 10 185 x 8 155 x 10
225 x 10 205 x 5 155 x 9
245 x 7 175 x 10 175 x 6
225 x 7 155 x failure 135 x failure

DB Straight Leg Deadlifts
80 x 12
90 x 10 x 2
100 x 7 x 2

Walking BB Lunges (used a curling bar)
90 x across a small area of the gym and back (about 15 per leg)
100 x across a small area of the gym and back
110 x across the gym and back

Standing Calf Raise Machine
250 x 15
300 x 8 x 2
275 x failure

Might not seem like much, but i challenge anyone to start out doing those supersets with no breaks in between them until you finish the lunges. i was huffin and puffin and sweating like a pickle in a women's prison (yes, i took that from someone on here, im not that clever lol).

Finished up by doing weighted ab machine for 6 sets, then playing a very tough game of racquetball for an hour for cardio. i think my after pics will do some justice as to how hard im working, and how well Crea-Trona is helping me retain my size / mass while cutting fat.

day 16) Shoulders

Finished my first bottle of Crea-Trona.

Got the gym and started killin my shoulders.

seated DB presses
75 x 12 x 2
80 x 9
85 x 5
55 x failure

DB lateral raises and front raises

15 x 10 x 3
20 x 10
35 x 7 ( i was cheating a bit, putting some body into it, but ya gotta go heavy sometimes!)

DB Shrugs
100 x 10
110 x 9 x 2
120 x 6 (my grip strength kinda sucks)

Plate Loaded Shoulder press
2 plates each side x 10 x 2
1 plate + 25lb x failure

Upright Rows w/ Barbell
80 x 9
90 x 7 x 2
50 x failure

Reverse Pec Deck
100 x failure
90 x failure

Holy cow, my shoulders are looking more and more striated each week. The separation between my delts and arms is really looking good, kinda excited for beach season / pool parties! I weighed in at 192lbs preworkout, and i am putting up weight that i was doing at 205+lbs. Losing fat and keeping the muscle baby!!!! im excited to see how the next 2 weeks shape up with Crea-Trona.

im really hoping the pics do me justice, because im seeing quite a change. but im very aware of small changes, so i might be noticing things that someone else wouldn't.

just to update, no workout today. gym partner bailed on me, so im hitting it bright and early in the morning (saturday) for 45 min of fasted cardio and lifting about 6 hours later with some food in me.
