I am going to be logging my experiences with the Carbonite Stack of Compound 20 and Erase Pro over the next 30 days! Enjoy!
This is day 5 and your weights haven't been going up . That's a problem that supplements alone won't fix, diet or training problemDay 5
I hit chest shoulders and tris today.
The workout wasn't that great. I felt out of it and unable to focus.
My weights haven't gone up or anything lately so I'm hoping this stack can help with that.
I love leg workouts, but today wasn't my day. I got through my workout but felt like crap!!
Started to workout early again and it was tough! I didn't have a lot of energy and felt lethargic for the majority of the workout.
The workout yesterday was garbage! I felt like **** throughout the workout and had no strength,
I was rushed today, but I wasn't too amped up today anyways.
Days 17 and 18
The last two have been tough. I have lacked energy and cut down on some calories about 200.
Day 19
The workout was ok felt sluggish. This could be due to my drop in calories but that doesn't seem to be logical since I only dropped about 200 calories.
