I use 1,3 quite often and rock atleast a half hour cardio a day. You saying it doesn't work as good?

I admit, the 1,3 stuff gives me nasty crashes. Just don't like it. Wish they would remove ir from Muscle Marinade.

Yeah it does, but any stim does as well. I just crash from it. Headaches all week. Caffeine is more user friendly for me.

I do 10 min moderate cardio pre lift and 10 min post lift woks pretty good
