cool, check this link out. ive been doing it for a week, it is shredding me the **** up. i cant keep up with the speeds yet but i try my hardest. makes me feel like phil from pantera.

i modified the third day so i can do power clean & press. and i do abs tabata style. 2 sets of 10 post work out. and 2 sets of (10) of jump rope tabata style pre work out. on off days i do HIIT running. (all the Hiit is why i need the carbs) but i am cutting the hell up fast!
