For those that have followed previous logs of mine, I run a modified powerlifting style routine with 6 days a week of lifting and cardio 6-7 days as well. I am up well before the majority of the world, and am usually done with both cardio and lifting by 5am. Here is the routine
Major focus is on big compound movements, with emphasis on going as heavy as I can as often as I can
Other supps I am currently taking
I have over 2 decades of experience and really have a good feel for how these will hit me. Really expecting top notch results as I have always received great results with PES.
Will be back this afternoon with results from "heavy" box squats and deads.
