    Damn... This workout is amazing.... I can't do military presses for 175x5 I can push presses lol.
    Those are some mean as hell power cleans though... I barely can get 175 up for a double...

    The first press is the hardest one lol. Power cleans get easier once you can full clean heavy weight. If I could jerk what I can clean I'd be focusing on the Olympics lol. Unfortunately I can't.

    I've been doing the "Super Duper" Asteriod Stack for about 16weeks, alternating OEP bottles and Recreate. It's been crazy Good! I'm taking:

    and my other staples.

    It's gota be one of the best Natty stacks out there right now.

    Aslong as I stay at 100 or under I just put the chain of my belt around the DB, less of a hassle than dealing with plates.

    I think I have dear though as two plates broke my friends belt while he was lifting...

    Aslong as you are using a semi-heavy DB, it'll be fine thanks to physics. Set the DB standing up next to the dip station -> Walk towards it and loop the chain around one of the DB heads -> Dip

    I've never had a problem with a DB falling off while dipping. Just make sure the DB is leaning on the chain so it "hooks" in the right direction.

    Weight has been staying pretty steady lately 169.X. The past week I've started to feel a nice strength gain. Vascularity is up but most noticeably in spots like my shoulders and pelvic area. First time I've ever seen a vein a few inches from my nipple(kind of near my lat) stick out.

    This was the last day of Compound 20 and I have one day left in my prime bottle.

    Final Review:

    My favorite thing about this stack was my vascalurity. The normal places I notice veins(Biceps/Forearms/etc) definitely increased but where it really shined is around my ribcage/lats and then around my lower abs. Strength gains were definitely there and compared to other, non-hormonal, products I have tried this would be one of my favorites.

    The only cons that I could think of would be the amount of capsules you have to take and that I have been feeling DOMs since I started taking this stack. Neither of them were huge issues and I actually kind of like getting DOMs but I know a lot of people do not.
