Tuesday, May 15
Great cardio day. Took PP Beta Alanine and about 4g of Creapure with BCAAs before I went to the gym. I only drank a protein shake before I went because I woke up late and me and my workout partner had a set time. dosed 2 ABE before I went and took two more with my breakfast when I got home. I started out playing racquetball to get the blood flowing and get loose. After a game to 21 of that, we did ab work. did weighted crunches, hanging leg raises, and decline sit ups with an 8 pound ball on my chest. After we did abs, we hit the pool. Im so out of shape! I swam for around 6 laps then ran (in the pool) for 4 more laps. When I ran, i did high knee raises while running but going as fast as i could. its a pretty decent workout but not as hard as swimming. hit the hot tub for 15 min to relax and get my muscles loose before I went home. overall nice first day of real cardio.

So lemme recap the past few days. I swam on Tuesday and played racquetball for cardio and did ab work. I AM SORE. not any particular body part, just my whole body feels tired. Because of that, i didnt do any cardio on thursday. I felt like my body was telling me to rest. I have had 12 hours of sleep the past 3 nights (thank God for summer, right?!) and that isnt normal for me. I do usually require more sleep than most, but 12 is too much. i thrive off of 10 hours/night and in school i get between 4 - 7 most nights unless i stay up studying for a test or prepping for clinical. When i swam, i did the normal stroke (breast stroke? idk what its called) for a few laps in an Olympic sized pool. took a rest and did 2 laps of the frog swimming style....as u can see idk what they are called! following that i did sprints with high knees in the pool for two laps then hit the hot tub for 10 - 15 min to relax.
Wednesday I did shoulders and legs. had a decent workout. my legs were hurting from swimming so only did front squats really light but really deep and slow on the negative with an explosion on the positive. shoulders are def starting to get lean and pop out!!! i never usually work shoulders during a bulk because i do rear delt flys with back work (on the machine) and i get front delt work with chest. I do them with a cut to make every angle pop and its working very good.
Im hitting triceps and back today then have a golf tournament tomorrow so ill get more cardio in tomorrow. thanks for following

Monday, 5/21
Did chest and biceps. KILLED IT. had the biggest pump ive ever had before, no joke. loved it. did 12 sets of chest and 10 sets of biceps. started with flat BB bench and did 275x6. pretty decent for me. i tried to hit 100s on incline DB but couldnt get past 95s. my chest was shot from flat bench. my arms are getting so cut. i love it. i know for a fact i would be really shredded if i cut carbs, i just dont see the point to get that shredded since i dont compete and i want to keep size on me. i hate feeling tiny. wanna stay somewhat thick with good definition. traps and shoulders are getting defined really well. will weigh in tomorrow morning when i go swimming and do abs. really enjoying this!

I trained shoulders and legs yesterday. strength on squats is up. i have bad shoulders so i just focus in form and not weight so hard to judge there. I swam and ran 2 miles on tuesday. Today I will jump rope for 20 min or so. I will weigh in tomorrow as tomorrow is my last day on the first bottle of Anabeta. I will see if i can get measured as well. I know for a fact im leaner and stronger. going to do back and triceps

Nice work keep it up. I finally started reading up on DC training after taking a look back at my progress as far as strength and size go (very minimal) so I'm going to keep reading (maybe look for a DVD) to make sure I understand it fully and then start. np man. any questions just PM me. ive only done the full blown DC training twice. i mainly do it for 4 - 8 weeks at a time to break plateaus. i just cant do 5x5 anymore because of joint issues with elbows, wrists, and knees. id rather keep it safe.
and I WILL weigh in friday. i keep on forgetting to but i set myself a reminder on my gym bag!!

Final Review PART ONE
Ill be doing the final review in two parts because i only have time to do half of it right now. just got back from the gym and did chest with biceps. Todays pump was the biggest its ever been on this stack. I am finished with my 4 weeks and I am starting a new bottle of ABE. I will update my progress as well on that. I lost a total of 5 pounds but strength is up and i look bigger. Today I weighed in at 185. The areas I have most seen get more cut are my arms, traps, and shoulders. just the past few days ive started to see my lower abdominal region become more vascular. yes, vascular! I will do a review of each category sometime tonight and more detailed as to what i felt while working out each body part, feelings throughout the day, future suggestions/thoughts...etc

still taking anabeta elite and 2 caps of AT2 in the morning. im going to weigh in tomorrow and see where we stand. this is like an ultimate recomp stack IMO. very simple, but effective. losing body fat slowly (i still eat carbs to maintain size)

a few thoughts on ABE: doesnt have the same positive bulking qualities as OG anabeta. not that much of a hunger increase, tends to lean me out a little bit, no pump during the day unless I am working out.....then my pumps are insane. with OG anabeta, i would take a dose and feel "filled out" throughout the day,
